What a great experience. Fair price came out on a weekend to Lancaster TN. So she drove about 45 minutes and fixed my pouring leak. The plus was this was a woman. And women support women always ❤️ thank you so much for coming on a weekend to save the day

I had a water heater installed by this company. A couple of years later, the water heater quit working. The water heater was still covered under warranty. I attempted several times to reach Terrys to have the issue resolved. I left several messages on thier answering machine advising of the situation, only to no avail. I never received a call back. I had to purchase a brand new water heater, so that my family could have hot water. I was told by the company that installed it, that Terrys was probably dodging my phone calls because it was a warranty issue and that there was no money involved for them. I served both in Iraq and Afghanistan. What a way to treat not only a customer, but a combat Veteran. I work with other Veterans and have been warning them of this company. They DO NOT hold up thier guarantee if something happens to the installed equipment in the future. I would give them NO STARS if I could. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
