Tennis Court Construction Company reviews across the US

While, we had a few delays along the way, such as weather, I thought now that the Courts are all done, that I would reach out to you again to let you know what my thoughts are regarding the work that was done.

One of the words that comes to mind is “OUTSTANDING”. The courts themselves look like they are brand new and now that the various players can get back on the courts everyone is very happy.

I would be quite remiss if I didn’t acknowledge your very professional staff and team. Anytime that I called throughout this entire process for updates and/or questions, both Mary and Garrett were both readily available and/or called right back. I couldn’t ask for more than that throughout this entire process. They are both very professional and were a real pleasure to work with and a real credit to your company.

Your tech Sergio would always give me a bit of his time if I had questions or thoughts about the day-to day work being done. He and his team were a pleasure to work with as well and again, I found them to be very professional during each phase of the work process.

I just want to thank you and your entire team for the outstanding results and their total professional approach to the project. We look forward to working with you and your team in the future, on other amenities within our Association.

This is based on how they treat the public. One of their drives was involved in throwing two handfuls of change at our vehicle on Sunday November 10th. After speaking with the owner he says there’s no way to tell. Well I have a dispatch call and damage to my vehicle. He wasn’t even willing to give me his insurance.

NO STARS !! I live in Old Hickory and Court co has been working on our Pickleball courts for 8 months - a project estimated to take 6-8 weeks. Courts are not level and not anywhere near complete. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - my next step will be to post pictures - if you did a competent job and showed up on time you would have been paid - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

I would give them 0 stars. Started demo of our courts and didn’t return for several months.while the courts were demolished, they charged us thousands of more dollars to “level” the courts. It took many more calls and legal threats to get them to return to do any more work. I would carefully review their contract of “exceptions.” Do not hire

The entire team from the office to the installers were a great pleasure to work with. They completed the tennis court with the pickle ball court on schedule.

It was a great experience watching CourtCo turn our old shuffleboard courts into something everyone could now enjoy.Adam made the journey painless and scheduling was the best . The workers were professional and have years of experience doing this type of work . I would recommend them if you need any type of new courts or reconditioning your present one.

Adams team rebuilt my old tennis court that was full of cracks and very dated. He made it look awesome with a new net and basketball rim and we were able to pick the colors we wanted. Myself and my kids are using it everyday. They showed up when they said they would be there and the incredibly did all the work in 4 days. I highly recommend them!

CourtCo has done amazing work on our pickleball courts. We’re looking into adding more courts and plan to use courtco again. Adam, our court consultant, has been fantastic during the whole process. He is upfront, honest, and very communicative. I highly recommend!

At first, everything seemed fine, but I later realized I could’ve gotten better quality work for a lower price elsewhere. Do your research before hiring this company! They subcontract the work, mark up the price, and some of their workers don’t speak English, which caused issues. I specifically asked them not to drive their truck onto my driveway, but they did anyway, damaging it. The workers are shared with CourtCo and other companies, so don’t expect dedicated service.
This company will say anything to close a sale. Thankfully, I had someone else lay the asphalt for my multi-purpose court, because who knows what kind of shoddy work CourtCo would’ve done. Within weeks, cracks appeared in the concrete patchwork they laid. I later learned this was because they didn’t let the concrete mix set properly.
If you’re in Tampa, St. Pete, Hillsborough, Clearwater, Brandon, Sarasota, or anywhere in Florida, avoid CourtCo and find another provider. You’ll thank yourself later.

You’re quick to pat yourselves on the back, but let’s be real. I was initially impressed with your crew, but that changed when I saw my torn-up driveway and cracks forming in the court, especially where you laid the concrete mix. We discussed this, and all you did was blame the asphalt contractor—classic deflection, very professional. It’s also suspicious that after months of barely any reviews, a glowing five-star review pops up right after my negative one. Coincidence? With your history of poor workmanship, it’s hard to believe.
To the person who left that five-star review: check back in a few months. That’s about how long it took for my $30,000 court to start cracking.
Finally, in your response, you casually mentioned sharing our private text messages with the public, implying you’d even share my personal cell phone number. How do you think future clients will feel about that kind of threat if they have an issue? It’s unprofessional and shady. CourtCo needs to rethink its approach before it keeps misleading customers.

Got many bids but CourtCo and Adam Jenne's professional and through approach and follow up stood way above the rest. Been around tennis courts and their maintenance for a long time. Again Adam's follow up is terrific. They caught an issue during applying final coat and completly resurfaced top layer to correct a problem I did not even notice.

Carlos did a great job grading our courts and making sure that everything was ready to go for the next crew. I would work with this group again.
