Called to ask about electricians that come out to Abernathy, and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude.

I called to attempt to get an electrician to come to Hale Center. The lady that I spoke to was very rude and told me "We don't do service calls." So I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Tried to get a quote to look at some lights - They did it a few years ago - called 4 times left a vm, and finally got someone on the phone and she gave me Randy email and he has never responded. Look someplace else - Customer Service sucks - the lady on the phone is clueless. Imagine if you had an issue with their work they would never get back in touch with you.
