First time home owner at 26 years old. Very new to a lot of home maintenance issues. I called Air Repair, and they had someone out to my home within 2 hours... in JUNE!
I had no idea what was going on with my AC unit. Chris the technician was incredibly helpful, straightforward and honest with me. He could have not said anything, done the work and I would have unknowingly voided my home warranty. He let me know that I should contact them first to ser what they can do. Might seem like a no-brainer to someone who has owned for a long time, but being new to homeownership, I was very grateful for his insight and honesty. When you deal with a company that displays that kind of integrity, without even charging you, this is a company to do business with.
