The entire office staff , master plumbers and journeymen , including Lee McFarland were attentive and easy to work with to completion of our extensive project. We highly recommend them to others with any residential plumbing issue !

Everyone I encountered at this company was a pure delight to work with. It was scary to need extensive plumbing work but this team was courteous, prompt, CLEAN and very kind and respectful. The owner even came out when I had a question about a subsequent issue and scheduled the repair right away. They had to dig up an area of my patio and I was pleased with the way they matched my patio stone when they replaced it. They also did a great job protecting my shrubs and replanting them.

I had a lot of major issues with leaks and my sewer lines under my house. They did a great job explaining everything, answering my questions promptly, and the work crews were polite and on time every day.I would use them again if needed and recommend their services.

Being a homeowner has its ups and downs. On Feb 2024 we walked into our master bedroom to find it flooded....a nightmare. We cleaned up, turned off the water and started making calls. The water damage guy came to do an assessment and recommended Herndon Mcfarland Plumbing. They sent Trent out today and it was the best experience ever. He was fast, patient when I had questions, and had the problem fixed super quickly. We were charged exactly what was quoted. It was a stressful issue but this really ended it on a good note. I could not be more pleased with the service we received from Cris and Carter from Herndon McFarland Plumbing. We called them for two issues. They fixed both completely and thoroughly. We had dealt with one of the issues for 20 years and multiple other plumbers. They not only correctly diagnosed the problem, they fixed it completely and cheaper then I anticipated. I have already referred them to a few of my friends and will continue doing so.

Extremely professional and reliable, with outstanding customer service that is unparalleled these days. I interacted with no fewer than 6 employees throughout my history of repairs with them, and all were truly a pleasure to work with. The plumbers were respectful of our space, educated us on our options, and fixed our issues. The office admins are helpful and kind, and Mr. McFarland himself answered a call on a Friday afternoon and answered a time-sensitive question. They came out and replaced the air conditioners condensation drain pipes. They did it the way it should have been done when it was installed. Looked and worked much better when they were through. All done with a smile and at a reasonable price.

Herndon McFarland Plumbing provided excellent service installing two toilets and replacing water valves. The quote was competitive, the plumbers were polite and kept the process orderly and clean.

We really appreciated the quick response and the work began immediately after we determined a pipe was broken and water was running under the house. He got the work done the same day and gave us a referral to ServicePro to dry up the water. They too responded quickly and was very helpful in resolving this problem.

While they are working in the area, they keep the place clean. Whenever you have questions, they always respond promptly either the front desk or the engineer. We are satisfied with the job they did.

I had a hot water slab leak and they sent out thier BEST guys, Daniel, Durance and Raymond!
These guys worked so hard on getting to the leak. They were determined to get the job done and they did a great job in making sure my wood floors were covered and then went out of thier way to clean everything after the job was done.
It's hard to find a company that has dedicated guys like them.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
