This review has been long awaited but I am so thankful for the restoration experts. Long story short, I own a rental property, my tenants woke up with water on the floor from the A/C unit. I called a plumber (who was excellent) and they gave my information to the restoration experts. Vitaly called me right away and put me at ease, he had the team (Joel, Jayson, Mauricio) come and check out the damage immediately. I was in Houston and the water damage was in Dallas and I was freaking out, but each and every step was clearly communicated to me. Vitaly walked me through the next steps, what claim I needed to make, and reached out to the adjuster when I couldn’t make contact.

The first step was mitigation. This is where Joel, Jayson, and Mauricio came in like white knights and tore out the material exposed to water damage and worked with my tenants to gain entry to the home. The water damage was a living nightmare that the restoration experts made into a run of the mill inconvenience. I am beyond grateful for them and their expertise. I fully recommend them and their service. Thanks guys ☺️

Had some water damage in my bathroom shower and Jaren and Jason did a great job removing and making sure to take care of any mold issues. They were careful to cover areas with plastic to minimize dust. Totally recommend this company for water mitigation!.

I recently had a flood in my home. I was referred to your home experts by a friend of mine. Vitaly came immediately to get the mitigation started. He walked me through the process and helped me with my claim including working with my adjuster to get everything taken care of for me. I would highly recommend using their services.

Vitaly and his team were great. They came out to address our dishwasher leak within 24 hours and during the initial inspection set up equipment to dry out the damages. Vitaly even checked out other areas of our new home to ensure there were no hidden water issues we haven’t noticed. He sent us a detailed report and told us to follow up with insurance ASAP. Jaren was great during demo. They were fast and efficient. During the demo they had to turn off the water and we discovered an issue with one of our hose bibs outside. I called him after hours and he helped me fix it.

This is our second service with Your home expert team fixing a recent leak in our home. We walked in on the water raining in our living room in the afternoon and within a few hours Your home expert responded to our call, and Joel and Vitaly came home and set up water mitigation right away. They did all the dampness measurements with photo documentation of the damage and the work and helped with the insurance claim. They checked on equipment and progress daily. They were very professional throughout the process and were very efficient and their communication make them really stand out and we would not hesitate to hire them again if we need their help. Highly recommended.

We had the unfortunate experience of discovering in the middle of the day our entire bedroom being completed submerged in water. We have never had anything like this happen to us before and had no idea what to do. We were referred to Restoration Experts by a friend who had worked with them before and called them right away.

Vitaly immediately came to our house within 30 minutes of our call, and explained to us very clearly and simply what needed to be done to save our home. He sat down with Me and My Wife and helped us open our claim with our insurance carrier, he helped us find a plumber to fix the leak that caused this damage, and he had a restoration team out to our house within the hour to start removing water and setting up fans and dehumidifiers to start drying.

Restoration Experts is very knowledgeable and well train and so professional and put a big importance on the health, safety, and comfort of my wife and I as we are older and our health is a top priority.

Jaren and Angel were our restoration crew and everyday they called us to let us know when they would be at our house, they explained everything they would be doing each day at our house whether it was removing wet walls and materials, monitoring their equipment or cleaning.

They worked quickly, carefully, and most important cleanly. Vitaly handled all communication and discussion with our insurance carrier at all. He promised me we would have nothing to worry about and he would handle everything for us and I am happy to say he kept his promise to us.
