Great company!

This is not a residential electric company. This a DBE with 100% government and highway construction work contracts.

everyone there is very nice and does a really great job and the get it done very well .

I have used this company several times now and will do so again.

Would not use this company due to Stevens unprofessional and unresponsiveness. How ridiculous for an owner to act that way.

Steven was awesome and helped show me how to correct the issue and was very patient. Would highly recommend.

Horrible experience with the technician that they sent to our home (Steven). Steven was rude and talked back to us because he did not appear to want to repair our ceiling fan. Our ceiling fans were not working for the winter reverse setting and he argued that the setting was not necessary. This is not what we expected from the visit to repair our fans.

Dead plugs in Master Bath. Steven was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in less than 15 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service!!

Steven has the worst customer service ever!
Rude, super unprofessional, never answers emails or phone calls! Obviously he’s running his business alone and has way too much on his plate, either way he comes out to do a job with a fixed price, that he sets and doesn’t fix a thang! and then won’t come back after successfully charging you and not fixing the issue. it’s like he went out got his LLC slapped a badge on his shirt and started sticking forks in units and saying “ all right, that’ll be $500!”
Oh yeah, and there’s no customer service number..
definitely needs a date with a Better Business Bureau!
