I've been promise to get filters for my AC unit inside with a one time service charge check up on my ac it's been close to that day I did the contract and I still haven't gotten one filter from them, I've been told time and time again from the lady and personnel that my filters are getting customized by some one because of the different size measurements...but come on close to a year waiting I know they measured it from day one I think more like they just took my money n still not comply by what they promise to give u in ther contract.......

I had a technician come on the 14th to service my air conditioner he came twice that day because after he left the unit did not cool anymore i have it set at 72 and it is 90 degrees inside he said that a 17 degree difference was normal and that it should take a few hours for it to cool to the set temperature, now its the 19th and its still the same.

Very overpriced! Would definitely shop around before going with them yes it was after hour's repair but for 10 minutes worth of work and a 20$ part I was charged almost 500$ !! I guess when it's a 100 degrees out side and your house is 90 degrees inside they can charge you more for your desperation ☹️

I have used Good Guys twice now, multiple houses. Each call request was responded to the same day and the problem was fixed same day, in both cases total time for call to unit fixed and running was approximately 3-4 hours. Don't expect to get off easy cost wise, but if you need that A/C unit up and running asap, it's damn good service.
