Had a emergency Zach was there in less then 2 hours!!!! Super friendly and very professional!! One of the best plumbing experience I have ever had 10/10 going to tell everyone!!!!

Called them out for an emergency leak flooding my kitchen ceiling last sunday. The owner of the company zach came out and found it was leaking from a pex line. Knocked out the repair and had us back up in no time! Very knowledgeable and friendly, and fixed my leak quickly! Impeccable service. Will use again when the need arises!

Zakk found a gas leak that I and 3 other companies had been chasing for a month. Great and quick work.

We had a great experience with McCombs Plumbing, and especially with Zach, the owner. From the moment he arrived, he was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to walk us through the entire process, explaining everything clearly so we felt confident in the work being done.

We had Zach from McCombs Plumbing come back out to replace our pressure regulator valve, and once again, he did an amazing job. He was extremely thorough, took the time to listen to all of our concerns, and carefully checked the pressure throughout the entire house, bathroom, kitchen, and tub.

He explained the full process before starting, then dug out the area by the water meter to access the failed regulator. He replaced it with a new pressure regulator, installed a full port whole-home shut-off valve, and added proper valve boxes. Everything was done cleanly and professionally.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty there were no extra charges for adjusting the PRV or shut-off to meet code standards. He also used high-quality brass components and made sure we fully understood everything before he left.

Zach is reliable, knowledgeable, and truly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend McCombs Plumbing!

We had called McCombs Plumbing for a toilet that kept turning on and off when no one had used it. Zack came out and found the insides of the toilet not functioning properly. He gave multiple options to fix the issue and was very knowledgeable and explained each option throughly. The prices was hard to beat. I will choose this small local company for any of my plumbing needs from now on. Even offered a 2 year warranty. I feel for companies of his size that is un heard of. But shows he truly cares about fixing it right and making it actually last!

Called on Zack at 8am for a water heater actively leaking on our floor. He was here within the hour with the leak stopped and problem diagnosed. He was friendly knowledge and respectful. He gave me a fair price and a great warranty. After a trip to town for parts he had the replacement installation and clean up complete by 3pm. He's our plumber from now on!

These guys are awesome. We had an old toilet that was constantly backing up that I was tired of fighting, they came out same day, scoped and cleared the line, and replaced the toilet, no problem since. My new goto for plumbing.

I was in need of a plumber to install plumbing for a rv...which I learned was difficult to find and very pricey!! I saw several plumbers, received lots of sky high bids and everyone seemed to be guessing on what to do.

Thankfully, Gentry Plumbing was recommended to me. They came out the same day for a quote, explained what needed to be done and exactly why.

Gentry Plumbing was on time, responsive, explained everything in a way that I understood, and they were VERY reasonably priced! Jack Pot!! We also needed to have a hot water heater repaired, which they did. They will be our go-to Plumbers moving forward. If you want to know 100% that you're plumbing will be handled correctly, and don't want to break the bank, Gentry Plumbing is for you!

The company exhibits a pattern of tardiness and early departures, which compromise hygiene standards. Consequently, I strongly advise against utilizing their services.

Yes, it’s my fault for paying them.

Got half the work and paid all the money. Yes, this is my fault but they cannot be trusted to do what they say they will do.

Longer story is we hired them on recommendation from our realtor and were given a flat price for several jobs to be completed on our newly purchased home. Immediately the delays in getting the work done began and slowly I realized Gary was backing out of what was included in the flat price he’d quoted. I needed to find all the fixtures and buy the valves and look for the right this and that. He would tell me he’d send me pictures and get pricing. Then I wouldn’t hear from him for a week and a half. I would reach back out and instead I was supposed to be getting him something. We were relocating, selling another home, coordinating other contractors. I should have just waved off but I didn’t. We ended up getting the least complicated work that my husband could have done when he was finally able to move down and the rest was simply forgotten. Regardless of my idiocy here, they can’t be trusted.

Bottom line, go with someone else.

Doesn't respond to messages. Plumbed the kitchen sink and disposal incorrectly. Claimed he checked for leaks in certain areas and reported no leaks, however there are leaks. The upstairs bathtub is still leaking too. Nothing was properly fixed. I do not recommend.
