We have been using and referring the Cool Guys for years. James and his crew are honest, very professional, and the service is great! We recently had a new unit installed. The unit and extra maintenance was a great value. I never had to remember when maintenance was due because I was always reminded. A great company we will continue using!

I called at 3pm on a Friday of Labor Day weekend because my AC wasn't blowing cold air. I called a competitor first only to hear their availability was 6 days out. I called Cool Guys and thankfully they were able to have Jose come out to my house at the end of his work day, and he fixed the compressor very quickly. We're very grateful that Cool Guys was able to get to us and fix our AC before the start of a 3 day weekend.

Call anyone else!
I called cool guys around 5 pm on Friday asking to schedule an appointment. The guy on the phone said he would text me to confirm my details and get a guy to meet me tomorrow no time was specified. Saturday morning I get a call from Jonathan requesting a time. I let him know I would be available with 40 minutes and he can meet me around 9. I waited for 30 minutes and he did not arrive. I called his personal number and Jonathan did not answer. I called the office and they hung up on me as soon as I gave my name and situation. Terrible service from the agents and the owner.
Agents do not show up for appointments.
They are liars and unprofessional.
