A++++ in my book . Both times I called, my AC unit was fixed , no fuss no muss, parts on the truck. wham bam in and out in 30 minutes.. Can't ask for more than that. Call them next time you need HVAC service. You won't be sorry

These folks installed a new Outside unit for us 5 years ago and did a superior job. Called them yesterday cause AC stopped cooling. They were here in 3.5 hours!!! Found ants in outside unit. They had it up and running in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable glad I called them, and will continue to call if anything else should come up!! Call them, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

I have had East Texas Heating and Air maintain, repair and replace several A/C units over the last 10 years. I have also recommended them to many friends and family members, all who found their work to be exceptional. Most importantly I trust Anthony and his crews, and I have no second thoughts about allowing them access to my properties when I cannot be present. They have always done an exceptional job taking care to protect floors and clean up after themselves. They go the extra mile in their installations so that future maintenance and repairs can be made in the most effective and efficient way. Others may be a little cheaper in the short term, but the quality installations pay off over time. They do not take the short-cuts like I have experienced with other companies. They keep their appointments and respond when needed. The only thing I believe they could improve is to have more reliable contact for emergencies that may occur on the weekend. I recommend them without hesitation.

I've been using East Texas Heating and Air since I moved here in 2000. I highly recommend this company as I've always had a good experience with them. Once my HVAC went out all together and I thought I would have to do without because replacement is so expensive. But Tommy, an employee at the time, found a used system at a price I could afford and I'm still using it to this day. And that's what sets this company apart. Beyond being personable and efficient, they have some kind and genteel employees.
