Walked up to the door at 12:55 pm and door was locked. The worker saw us. We started to walk away and he saw us walk away and turned around and did not open the door.

We love our outdoor furniture and the staff was great to work with!!

Extreme Exteriors did a great job. They stand by their work and were with us every step of the way.

If I went into the nightmare that we dealt with on our patio extension it would be a mile long. In short, poor communication from everyone from start to finish, poor quality, stated they could do things and when it came down to getting them done, they couldn’t. Down the road, we will end up having someone else fix what they couldn’t complete.

We have built 2 pools with extreme exteriors and we could not be happier. No surprises, stayed within budget and built beautiful pools both times. We were a part of the planning process and they listened to our wants and ideas and delivered exactly what we envisioned.

We did a complete redo of our pool and landscaping. Great ideas were presented and put into action. The final result was so amazing. We have had great communication with all the people on our project. Can’t wait to jump in this summer!!

We Extreme Exteriors to come out and remodel our pool, build an outdoor kitchen and do a tremendous amount of travertine paverwork. I cannot say enough about the quality and speed they completed the project, but also how wonderfully it turned out. Randy has a great staff in the Aledo office who went out of their way to make things right! Highly Recommend

Lori and her team were amazing! The process to buy outdoor furniture was seamless with delivery right to the place I needed the furniture on the back porch at Possum Kingdom!!

Taking care of customers; and simply being good people. Had a brisket going, thought we were ok. Came back from the pool to spray and found we were out of pellets. Sister-in-law arrived 4 minutes after close...was not turned away and staff understood the need!! Took care of us and all turned out AMAZING..thank you for taking care of a customer!

Extreme Exteriors built our back yard wonderland. They also built our front porch and seating area. They were professional, on time and prompt. Dave Hutchinson and his crew were fantasic. They worked on the project and communicated effectively with us. The finished product is nothing short of amazing. We could not be happier with the build process and the finished product. The front office staff starting with De’Nielle was second to none. She was always on top of what needed to be done and communicating the scheduled work to us in a timely fashin.

We hired extreme exteriors to do a complete redo of our front yard put in a new driveway and redo the deck. Sales process was great, design process great that’s the only thing that was good. They said they would be done in 1 month it took 5 months. Nothing was done correctly and you had to constantly be checking there work. Communication was TERRIBLE. Project manager was no where to be found. Should of noticed when the owner who does all the initial sales calls and walk thru’s gave us his business card and there is ZERO contact information on it. My neighbor also hired them to do a big project at the same time and he fired them in the middle of it. I wish I had done the same.

I have battled awhile as to if I should leave this review and finally decided to do it because I don’t want someone to hire them and have the same terrible experience I did.

We purchased our chase lounge chairs from here after SEVERAL searched on the internet and other stores. Lori Clay was very knowledgeable and helpful with us picking out the best fit for our budget and needs. Very pleased. Follow-up customer service is excellent as well.

We are so pleased with the transformation in our backyard landscape! Extreme Exteriors designed and planted trees and plants in our backyard providing privacy and beauty along with consideration to plants that were drought tolerant. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. They completed the project in a timely manner. It looks beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend them for your outdoor landscape needs!

One (and I suspect others)of the employees/owners/relatives, left just a star review and gave this business 5 stars. They are skewing the star results because they are such a bad business to deal with and very deceptive (trying to upgrade star ratings) Very unprofessional, they lie, they don’t follow a schedule, work is shoddy and they overcharge, I have proof! Had I not discovered the 5 stars posted just 6 days ago, I wouldn’t have added this 1 star. I’ve heard they don’t pay their bills from multiple companies that came out here that were quitting working for them. Electricians specifically…there were 3-4 different ones on our site. They almost burned down our shed…left damage to our newly painted shed from not installing the correct electrical panel. They did not repair the damage.

Know that there was so much more wrong.
-Promise to have pool done by November 2021 (before Thanksgiving) not completed until February 2022.
-Multiple times they were supposed to bring samples for me to choose from, I ended up going to the store.
-Scheduled contractors to be out certain days that showed up days later.
-Pool still has porch drain issues today.
-All of the pump equipment had to be removed and reinstalled by another company.
-Border around the edges has cracking and looks like it’s sinking in places.
-I have photos where the wiring in the shed started burning because it wasn’t connected properly
-The wire was too short from the light in the pool and kept sparking. They came out to switch it and then tried to charge us over $2000 to replace their mistake.

I purchased a lot of out door furniture, Lori and her team would deliver and set up once it came in, she communicated and kept me updated when things would ship. The furniture looks great and is very high quality. I'm very pleased with all the service I received.
