Maybe when you hire this company directly the experience is better. I went through a home warranty. I asked for them to check for a leak. They cut a hole in the side of my house to look for a leak. The journeyman plumber who did the work told me that was the only way he could know if there was a leak. Apparently when their staff says "I will need to remove the siding" that equates to I am going to cut a 12x12 hole in the side of your house. Removing the siding does not equate to a hole and NO- that is NOT the only way to see if there is a leak on the premises. The journeyman plumber also told me the same thing, with his boss on the line, when I called the office to seek remedy. It is almost laughable however, the boss Keith who called himself a manager, was actually the general manager who was in the bathroom when I called back again. Then I talked to another manager Keith, who blamed me for not asking enough questions to truly understand what his staff meant by "remove the siding". He told me I should have known that is what plumbers do, make holes. Keith told me to call another plumber to verify if his staff was correct or not. When I called back again to speak to the owner the front desk told me Keith was the owner. So, the owner, is 1) not disclosing he is the owner of the company and is 2) blaming customers for not understanding what their staff are doing while 3) refusing accountability for their staff's inability to accurately define what they will be doing. Had I known a HOLE in the side of my house was going to be cut I would have said HELL NO! They were also supposed to fix a toilet leak, which they came back THREE times to "fix". The 3rd time they came I refused the service; another plumber fixed the same problem with one visit. Anyway, I hope those that choose to use this company ask "the right" questions so you can truly understand how and what this company is doing. I also hope this company learns to serve others with the level of integrity and accountability they advertise on their website. In the meantime, check out their Yelp reviews, especially the ones from CA, I am not alone in my experience.

Andrew, repair tech, & the entire SWAT team was very professional, knowledgeable and really cared about our situation. The service reps went out of their way to accommodate our request for time of service. Andrew was FANTASTIC !! He was knowledgeable, assessed the situation quickly & completed the repair with no mess. A well done job all around
