I recently had the pleasure of working with Extreme Exteriors and I must say, I am blown away by their exceptional service and attention to detail. From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and my expectations were exceeded.

One standout member of the team is Lori Clay, the retail and staging consultant. Her expertise and eye for design truly made a difference in transforming my outdoor space. Additionally, I was impressed by her generosity and community spirit. Lori volunteered her time and services at a fundraiser I held at my home for the local Azle, Texas food pantry. Her contribution helped make the event a huge success and I am grateful for her support.

Overall, I highly recommend Extreme Exteriors for any outdoor living needs. Their professionalism, creativity, and commitment to giving back to the community make them a standout in their industry. Thank you to Lori and the entire team at Extreme Exteriors for a job well done!

One (and I suspect others)of the employees/owners/relatives, left just a star review and gave this business 5 stars. They are skewing the star results because they are such a bad business to deal with and very deceptive (trying to upgrade star ratings) Very unprofessional, they lie, they don’t follow a schedule, work is shoddy and they overcharge, I have proof! Had I not discovered the 5 stars posted just 6 days ago, I wouldn’t have added this 1 star. I’ve heard they don’t pay their bills from multiple companies that came out here that were quitting working for them. Electricians specifically…there were 3-4 different ones on our site. They almost burned down our shed…left damage to our newly painted shed from not installing the correct electrical panel. They did not repair the damage.

Know that there was so much more wrong.
-Promise to have pool done by November 2021 (before Thanksgiving) not completed until February 2022.
-Multiple times they were supposed to bring samples for me to choose from, I ended up going to the store.
-Scheduled contractors to be out certain days that showed up days later.
-Pool still has porch drain issues today.
-All of the pump equipment had to be removed and reinstalled by another company.
-Border around the edges has cracking and looks like it’s sinking in places.
-I have photos where the wiring in the shed started burning because it wasn’t connected properly
-The wire was too short from the light in the pool and kept sparking. They came out to switch it and then tried to charge us over $2000 to replace their mistake.

I purchased a lot of out door furniture, Lori and her team would deliver and set up once it came in, she communicated and kept me updated when things would ship. The furniture looks great and is very high quality. I'm very pleased with all the service I received.

I just wanted to remind you that I had asked twice for you to give me a quote on doing some work at my house. Wade you were right next-door to me for three or four days working on my next-door neighbors home and had plenty of time to do what you said you would do. I really want to believe it was just an oversight on your part because you have positive reviews, however maybe it's not as of today I still have not heard back from you and that includes the email that I sent to you yesterday ............... Wade this is the follow-up to your response. When you said you didn't have my contact information, I can only sigh at that comment as you saw me every day for 3 to 4 days as you worked on my neighbors landscaping ,I did only ask you twice that was out of respect to not hound you, during our first conversation you asked me if I would be around and I told you yes sir I am retired and would be available when you could break free... that doesn't sound like I asked you to leave in the middle of your job . And on a side note I did tell you about the French drains and at that time there was no mention about repairing them I wanted them replaced, and one last thing I'm the first person to understand process and if you would've told me to do anything different in order to get this taken care of I would have. Hired Wade and Top Hat to plant 30 loblolly pine trees for me in Weatherford. Not only was the price more than fair, he had it done in record time and was honest throughout the entire process. If I could give 10 stars I would!
