I am very happy with the quality of work. I had a test and inspection for the sewer system with a great price. They took care of accumulated grease and did not charge me more.

Kevin Houser came out to my property today to help with what I assumed was a leak somewhere at my residence. Dispatch was able to get him to my house within the hour and Kevin was extremely polite and professional. Fortunately, it was determined that we do not have an active leak. Kevin also gave me some pointers on how to navigate the below freezing temperatures. We are expecting in the next 24 hours. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who thinks that they need to consult a plumber. Five stars is the most Google allows me to give him, but I would definitely go higher if I could.

Augerpros plumbing are saviors when you have any plumbing or water heater emergencies. We had a leak in the pipe outside our home and the water bill was going up every month. After trying to work with multiple other plumbing companies it was Augerpros plumbing that was able to identify and fix the problem the same day. Share a lot of information to make us understand how to take precautions avoid it happen again. Also addressed a drain problem in the kitchen, came out the same day helped us out.

Hi, my experience with Auger Pros was beyond my expectations. After dealing with a flaky plumber company who couldn’t get there team together. I canceled that service and called Auger. Kaye was very prompt in answering all my questions and getting me scheduled with Richard Garcia. They followed my instructions to the tee of how to communicate with me since I am out of the country. Richard Garcia was on time and very professional. You can tell he was educated in his trade and knew exactly what the issue was. The visit was short and to the point. Kevin and Keith were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Explained everything upfront and delivered the same day. You couldn't ask for more professional and courteous plumbers. We switched from two tank hot water heaters to one tankless system. The install looks great! Kevin was very considerate about how the install looked. After he explained everything we needed to know and made sure all of our plumbing worked correctly before he left.

I had my first water leak pipe break incident happen last week as a first time home owner and to say I didn’t know where to start is an understatement, I got connected with Brendon West and let’s just say I won’t have to go looking for another plumber for any future plumbing issues (hoping there will be very few to none). Kory and Auger Pro were fantastic in responding to my call to check my sewer line for a possible leak.
Kory explained everything he was going to do as he scoped out my sewer line. When the results were inconclusive, he suggested a pressure test, which he was then able to isolate a leak that was not visible on camera, to the line after my clean out. He also talked about potential next steps to help me with my issue. The fee was very reasonable and the service was 5 star excellent.

This was a followup visit by Justin, looking at a potentially large job under the house. He was very thorough and explained what needed to happen in order to correct the problem. While expensive, I will probably go ahead and get it done. Would use augerpros again.

Here's the plumbing company you want! We had a gas line leak at our house and the gas had been turned off. We didn't know if the leak was in an outside line or in our house. Julio and John from Auger Pros came out, identified where the leak was, did the necessary repairs, told us the fastest way to get our gas turned back on and followed up with the city to get the line certified and green-tagged as being fixed. They were exceptionally competent, polite, and diligent. Save yourself a lot of heart-break and call Auger Pros and ask for Julio!

Justin with Augerpros was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He assessed the problem, explained it to me and told me the cost before he did the work, so there were no surprises and he did the job in a timely manner and left everything clean and tidy.I will definitely use Augerpros from now on for my plumbing needs and always request Justin.

Theses guys are rock stars!! They got a drain cleared that has never worked very well. We were ready to have them replace everything from the main drain to the floor. They started from a lets try the basic stuff first then go from there. So very honest, on time, polite and professional. Pricing was very fair, and while cost can be an important part of the picture, getting it done right and knowing you can trust the professional doing the work is what is most important.

extremely nice and efficient. replaced flapper and fill valve in toilet. was going to replace hose from dishwasher to garbage disposal but was able to fix kink in existing hose with clamp instead and charged alot less. both toilet and dishwasher are working great!
