Paul and Elyjah came to our home today to clean our ducts. We were very impressed with their knowledge, and they kept us informed during the process. They took photos and identified disconnected ducts, repositioned and secured them. Paul and Elyjah were both very engaged in the process, explaining what they were doing, and why. We were very happy and impressed that they treated our home with respect; putting down plastic to protect carpets, furniture, countertops, etc. They wore protective booties over their shoes and were very dedicated to vacuuming up any debris that fell. Paul and Elyjah are exemplary workers and certainly represent Mr Duct Cleaner in every way I would want my staff to perform. Mr. Duct Cleaner did an excellent job in servicing our HVAC and ducts after we had construction done at our home. All the construction debris from the demo & rebuild were trapped in our ducts & more than likely circulating throughout our house. They were easy to schedule, provided an estimate of costs and kept up communication up to the day of the appointment along with an ETA when they would arrive. The crew (Paul & Ryan) were professional, took precautions to cover our carpets & furniture from any debris from the cleaning process. They kept us up to date during the process and adjusted our invoice based on the actual number of returns / registers we had. Photos of before and after were shown to confirm the extent of debris in the duct and they are clear now. THANK YOU!

Paul, lead technician, and John were incredibly efficient and showed me pictures of their work as they fixed the mold issue in 2 bedroom air ducts. In fact, Paul had an extra air vent cover in his truck which he installed for me, as the one I had ordered had not yet arrived. I am incredibly pleased by their service & would highly recommend Mr. Duct Cleaner to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable duct cleaning company.
