Pristine Duct Care

We just finished a big renovation at our house and after the workers left I noticed dust coming from every single vent. Like actual clouds of dust every time the AC kicked on. It was gross and my kids were coughing all the time. I looked up air duct cleaning after renovation and found Pristine Duct Care in Allen. They showed up on time and explained everything before they started which I liked a lot. The drywall dust and junk they pulled out of those ducts was unreal. My house finally smells normal again and the kids stopped coughing. Super happy I found them when I did.

For about 2 months, my house had this weird musty smell coming right out of the vents. My husband thought it might be mold, but we weren't sure, so I just kept spraying air freshener. It would help for maybe an hour, but then that smell would just come right back through the air. I finally got fed up and looked for someone to help. I found Pristine Duct Care and the lady on the phone was super nice and not pushy at all. They actually got someone out the next day.

The technician was great and used a little camera to show me exactly what was going on inside the ducts. I was shocked to see all the buildup and mold growing in there. He did a full air duct cleaning. The job took a few hours, and they were really good about cleaning up after themselves before they left. When they turned the AC back on, the air finally smelled normal again. It’s such a huge relief to have that smell gone for good!

Fair price and quick service. They did a great job cleaning the dust in the vents and air duct. I will be referring Pristine Duct Care to all my family and friends.
