All reviews for New View Roofing

We had a great experience with New View and Tom getting our hail damage repaired. He covered a few things that weren't even on the list from insurance just to get it all done right. So glad I don't have to figure out who to pick for roofing next time the hail comes through.

We can’t say enough good things about Tom Longville & his crew at New View Roofing! Came in & took care of us quickly. New View has taken care of several of our family members with absolutely no complaints! Definitely recommend Tom & New View!

Tom has helped me with my roofing issues for several years. He’s responsive, trustworthy, and reasonable. I highly recommend working with him.

Tom Longville was able to come quickly to our home after we had some damage to our roof from the wind. He was very pleasant and polite. Tom repaired the damage and everyone looked good as new! Highly recommend!

Tom and his crew were courteous and professional. The job was done in a timely manner and we were pleased with the results. We had an issue with our satellite dish- and they were responsive to help fix the problem. Would highly recommend.

I notified Tom Longville about an issue I was having with my roof and he was there the very next day even with a jam-packed schedule. He was able to coordinate with my tenant as i was busy with work. He came in the evening as it was imperative to get the roof fixed asap because it was windy and more damage could be done. He went above and beyond. and I would highly recommend his services

Tommy Longville was a pleasure to work with! He was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. He and his crew did a great job and left the work site clean! Thanks Tommy

I called Tom Longville on a Thursday and he was at the house Friday morning. Storm knocked off some weather stripping on our shed-shaped roof. He pointed out what needed to be done and explained how repairs would be different than on a gable or hip roof. Felt confident in his knowledge and appreciated he gave advice for looking ahead toward future preventative action. All told from phone call to finish was less than twenty-four hours. VERY pleased and highly recommend.

Tommy is amazing to work with- he quickly made time to assess our roof & assured us our roof was in tip top shape which was a huge relief considering the pretty big storms we’ve had earlier in the year. He is professional and respectful! Recommend 100 times over!

Tom Longville is the great guy to work with. He contacted me immediately after I submitted a request form online, and stopped by for inspection within 2 hours. He was able to address my concern quickly after he inspected roof. Would definitely use them again.

Our HOA has used New View Roofing several times for roof and gutter repair and gutter cleaning. Tom and his crew are fantastic! They ensure that the job is done right and are professional in every way. I highly recommend New View Roofing if you want quality work for a fair price.

I had a fantastic experience with Tom Longville and his crew. They helped me locate a tough to find roof leak and it was only hours between the initial call and the fix. Communication was on point and the most important thing, they cared. I learned a few things as well...

Big thanks and I WILL contact Tom for any future work.

My home and roof was fixed by New View roofing contractor. They did an exceptionally excellent work on my roof and took care of all the roof leaks to my interior. They reengineered the slope and areas which would trap standing water and debris for a better flow. Unlike other roofing companies I have dealt with New View Roofing Co. took care of my needs and concern to get the job done correctly. Other roofing companies would just come and knock it out quick, New View paid attention to details and got it done right exactly how it supposed to be done. I highly recommend this GREAT Veteran owned roofing company for their superior job and thanks to the owner Tom Longview for always stopping by daily to check on the job project and any of my concerns. Thank you so much Tom for making it easy to file a claim. Cheers!!!

New View Roofing did a great job on my roof after a hailstorm. They were very professional and reliable. Very glad they helped me out with my roof and the owner (Tom Longville) is TOP class!!!

I was referred by neighbor. New View Roofing made everything so easy. The crew was very professional, & neat.
The landscaping, & my pool were covered with care. When they were done at the end of the day you would of never of known anyone was even there. Tom was on site to answer any questions I had. Now you don't see this happen with other companies these days right? If I could I would give New View Roofing 10 stars.

I am extremely satisfied with my new roof as well as the interior repair completed by Linda and Leo. The roofing crew arrived at the promised time and finished on schedule. Linda and Leo worked tirelessly in my garage in the January freezing temperatures to complete ceiling work in the garage. Tom Longville kept me informed throughout the entire process offering scheduling flexibility and multiple modes of communication. He was prompt to respond to any concerns I raised. Thank you, Tom and the New View team.

It is hard to find a good contractor these days that will just simply "do what they say they will do". We've dealt with a lot of roofers in the past that were just horrible that we will never use again. I'm really glad that we met Tom Longville from New View Roofing. I really appreciate his honesty, his transparency, communication, timeliness, and how he educated us throughout the process. I wish we knew Tom in the past and that would've saved us a lot of heartache and stress. Thank you Tom Longville and New View Roofing! You have a customer for life.

I was very impressed with New View Roofing's work. I'm a real estate agent and the have come in quickly during the option period to provide quotes for my clients. In addition to that I used them on a leak I had in my own home. They gave a very reasonable quote and were done quickly. The roofer who did the repair realized that the problem was the gutter and fixed that as well as the roof so I won't have long term issues. Easy to work with and I'd used them again.

Our team has been working with New View Roofing for over two years. They have always been a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work is top-notch and they make sure we are satisfied before the project is complete. Their roofers are punctual, friendly and skilled at their craft. We would highly recommend New View Roofing for any roofing replacement or repair needs!

We used New View after the last hail storm to repair the damage on our house and to replace our fence. Tom Longville was easy to work and he made sure the insurance side of everything was handled. It was a pleasure working with them and I’d choose them again in the future.

If you have roofing needs, look no further than New View Roofing! Our house required a full roof replacement and Tom Longville was incredibly timely, helpful and communicative along the way. No detail was spared from coordinating with insurance, selecting materials, all the way to installation day. We appreciate our new roof and would recommend New View Roofing any day. Thank you Tom and team!
