They're always really nice and are usually pretty quick to get us on the schedule.

Maybe don't drive a company vehicle when you run someone off the road from your 6am road rage.

Hunter came out to take a look in my master bathroom. He was on time, respectful of my home, and very helpful.

One of their crazy truck drivers was driving like a maniac today and almost rear ended me while weaving in and out of traffic!

This driver was driving recklessly on 20, speeding and almost hitting us!

We have a new home in the Del Webb/Trinity Falls area in McKinney and our water heater pilot light went out this past weekend. They came out on Tuesday and helped get it relit; then on Wednesday it was out again. Almost immediately they came right back out and replace the gas valve and we are back in business with hot water. They were very responsive and very kind! Thank you!

If I could give them negative 1 infinite I would. See my email to Pulte Homes and Del Webb. As a realtor I would never recommend this builder to my potential buyers.

I just had Kenman Plumbing come by to fix both toilets that were blocked.
According to the plumber there was nothing wrong with it with the exception of toilet paper being stuck. I had to pay $95 fee. I have barely lived in this house for one year and I am the only one that lives here so with that said, how can a brand new toilet be blocked by toilet paper unless plumbing was done poorly to begin with.
I am so freaking fed up with your company, Pulte Homes and this plumbing company, who apparently did the original plumbing to start with.
Believe me, this review is not only going on Google reviews for both of you, I am spreading the word among my fellow realtors to never have their borrowers buy Pulte Homes or Del Webb and on BBB website. I have bought many new homes in the past but by far, you are THE WORST BUILDER!

Cody and his partner from Ken Man Plumbing came out today and got my issue resolved in no time. Very professional.
A different tech had previously come out on another issue, and he was also fast and professional.
I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

About to put this on Facebook, your driver on 287 with a bible verse on his vehicle nearly ran us off the road this morning. Fix it!

John has been our plumber taking care of warranty items on our new home. He has been professional and courteous and hard working. He has also been great at explaining the issues and when a couple have stumped him, he has come back after consulting with others and researching to give us the information. We have greatly enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him!
