An employee damaged my vehicle. I have called numerous times and they have yet to return my call. I have to repeat the entire conversation each time, but they refuse to contact me.

Awesome landscaping! They cleaned up and it kinda beautiful. The workers never stop and they make the place look so manicured. Thank you for all if your hard work! Definitely recommend them for your business needs!

Earth Works is a great company that not only cares about its customers but also its employees! During this COVID-19 pandemic, Earth Works has taken every measure to protect its clients and employees by providing all the protective gear products needed to keep everyone safe!

Just switched back to Earthworks and already see amazing differences in our color and landscaping. The office staff is quick to help and the onsite landscapers are awesome! Speedy had a budget and made our property look amazing with his eye for arranging flowers. Bravo Earthworks, I will never use anyone else!!

I live in a community in Mansfield where they do the landscaping! They are THE WORST AND THE MOST INCONSIDERATE company I know! Even though their contract says they have to be here at 8 in the morning I've woken up to the lovely sound on WEEKENDS at 6 o'clock because they decided to show up then!!!! We live in the first floor and I have lots of plants in my patio they always blow the cut grass into our patio and when I complained about them to the office and they had to come in and blow it out of my COMPLETELY GREEN AND NASTY patio, they got offended and kicked over my pots the next time and ruined my plants!!! CHILDISH!!! These people don't even deserve 0 stars!

Had to go to the car wash after Earthworks came today, it’s like they stood and and blew dirt and debris all over every square inch of my wet company car this morning, and then was kind enough to flip me off when I tried to ask the worker about it, no other cars near by were this dirty, was this done I intentionally? When I called their office, I was told the rep would call me, they didn’t even ask my name. You owe me a car wash.

This is not a landscaping company! The people that come in and do the work have no skills or common sense on doing any landscaping. They don't even know how to work a Rainbird sprinkler system. Our entire apt. community looks horrible. Dead trees. Dead grass. Sprinkler system has no set schedule. Comes on in the hottest part of the day or at any given random time. Tire marks all over the sidewalks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you don't care about your property or landscape. They will kill any living plant, bush or tree!

No regard for parked cars when landscaping. They use high power leaf blowers and consistently blow debris all over people's cars. Unprofessional.

I live at a community in Keller where they do the lawn care. The biggest problem is the amount and duration of the noise they make. There's no plan when they do our property. They don't start at one end and finish at the other. They use leaf blowers constantly without regard to the families who pay rent here. Every week they blow the sidewalks and porches multiple times throughout the entire day they are here. The noise is intolerable. If they treated us with respect and managed their work, they would only have to come by our apartment one time with their blowers.

This company was hired to remove trees that had fallen during a storm at my apartment complex. There was part of a tree resting on the roof of my SUV. No damage was done to my vehicle until they went to remove the tree and dropped it onto the hood of my car, causing extensive damage. I have pictures of the whole thing and they told their insurance a bunch of lies so that they would not pay to repair my vehicle. Don't trust these guys, this is a very dishonest company. Now I have to pay for the repairs myself.

I've talked to my account manager 6 times about their crew blowing the old leaves into our shrubs and hiding them, rather then doing their job and cleaning them out. I'm told over and over it will be put on a work order. The people truly have no care for the property and just want to get their job over with and on to the next. They cut the grass too short also. I'm going to send an email to all our operation managers about this on a regional and corporate level. Never in 11 years of property management have I seen such a laziness.

It’s against state law to block handicap spaces, especially in front of a hospital! USMD in Arlington.

I live in an apartment complex that this company does work for. I was working out and wanted to go for a run, the men were working right next to where I was running. When I come back from my run my AirPod case was missing. I noticed them standing and working right where my stuff was located. I tracked my case and it lead to one of the men, I asked nicely if they know where it might be or if they seen anyone else around it. Of course they didn’t know anything. After informing the office they called the supervisor and my AirPod case just happened to get turned in after that.

Jacob and his crew knocked it out of the park! We have had our live oak tree looked at multiple times and got some outrageous quotes. The crew came out on a Saturday and trimmed the tree for a great price and no hiccups (like the last company we had used)…. All in all earth works will forever be the company we use for anything landscaping!
