Great and fast service. I called my regular AC company on a Saturday they had no appointment until Monday. Called Grady's at 11 am. my appointment was for 12:30 - 4:30 the same day. Tech Roger showed up around 12:20. Roger was very professional explain what he was doing and and took care of the problem. Very grateful that I didn't have to spend all weekend without AC in this Houston 100 degree heat.
