My pet is old and becoming very lazy (if you know what I mean...) and ACME explained in detail the process and whether or nor it could be done. But, when I tell you its smells so good, I feel totally comfortable relaxing on the floor with no worries.

Devin and his son did a fantastic job cleaning our office carpet. We have them come in about every 3 months to clean. Between August and December, the amount of dirt we trafficked in was higher than usual. Plus there were stains from the kitchen to a desk where something was spilled. All gone now!
Professional, polite, on time, and moved any things that had to be moved prior to cleaning, and put them back after!
Highly recommend!

We have four dogs. Our couch was stained and smelly. 🙄 I had read some reviews for Acme Carpet cleaning and they were all good. I contacted Devon and he quoted me very reasonable prices and schedule an appointment the next day. He and his son Joe showed up and we’re very personable, professional, and did a better job than I could’ve imagined. I wasn’t really looking for stain removal mainly odor control however Devon was able to get the sofa very clean. I was impressed. I will be using them again

We had Devin come out on very short notice to spot clean a sectional due to a pet accident. They arrived when they said they would, were incredibly friendly and courteous (glad you didn't mind the big dog!), and did a great job for us at a reasonable price. Would recommend these guys any day of the week.

Joe at Acme did a wonderful job. I was embarrassed about the pet stains, and he kindly put me at ease. He cleaned all our carpets, and an ottoman. He did so in a thorough and timely manner, and we are very pleased with the results. The carpets look new.

I also liked that Acme didn’t try to upsell me. Last time I had the carpets done (9 months ago) I went with another company and it cost twice as much.

This is by far the best carpet cleaning company I’ve ever used. They helped me out twice with brand new carpeting when my pets had accidents. Very professional & responsive. Devin runs a top notch company.

If I could give Acme Carpet Cleaning 10 STARS I would. The owner, Devin came to my house and cleaned my grout that had not been cleaned since we bought the house. 15 years later and the magic that Acme provided, my grout looked fantastic. It looked like it did when the house was brand spanking new.
You cannot go wrong with the professionalism and the courteousness that this company has to offer. I won't go anywhere else for my floor cleaning needs.

I called ACME after using everything else to clean my carpet and nothing working! Devin came out the same week and did an amazing job. Very pleased. I searched our local fb group to find a recommendation and called them. They were professional, kind, and did a fantastic job. I wish I would have taken before and after photos. I was thinking it’s probably not going to look great after 5 years of kids, pets, and heavy traffic, but at least they can get it somewhat clean. I was wrong. It looks brand new. Even the stairs. It shocked me! Feels so nice to have clean fluffy carpet again!

This company is amazing! They came out within an hour when another company dropped the ball. Joe did an excellent job and the carpet looks brand new and smells great. All you can say is WOW! Prompt and professional service. Purchased my home in 2018 and had never gotten the carpets cleaned. I'm so glad I chose Acme. The carpets look better than new and the home smells fresher! Pre-treatment and steam clean is the way to go. Can't wait for my holiday house guests to see this. Great Job.

They did a phenomenal job on my tile and carpet floors. They walked through the whole house with me before starting, to go over any trouble spots and let me know what they would be doing. They were very honest about everything. Even after that they still exceeded my expectations. My floors now look practically new.
