Davis Mechanical was great! They sent someone out at 8pm and were able to diagnose and resolve an ongoing AC issue that three other companies couldn't. They effectively communicated what they found and what needed to happen and tested their work before leaving that night. Great customer service!

Highly recommend!! They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They showed up on time, walked me through what though they were going to do, and finished well within the timeframe. I did an enormous amount of research prior to choosing Davis Mechanical and I will use them for all my future needs. Anyone who is looking for a referral or some feedback on the process of choosing a contractor please feel free to reach out and I’ll share my experience with you.

Norman was very nice and efficient on the phone! He was patient and professional. Buddy was able to come to my house within about 90 minutes (after hours!) and fixed our AC problem within about 25 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this company. They are very reasonably priced (best I came across!) and were quick in getting the job complete and my a/c up and running. They even made suggestions on what I could do to make my home even cooler (involved some light duct work), and it definitely worked (no more sweating in the game room)! Oh and I love that I didn’t have to wait a week for them to come... And I was so impressed with how nice and clean they left my home when they were done (the ladies know how much that matters to us!).
All of the staff (the owner, the repairmen—Eli & Buddy, and even the office manger who took my payment over the phone) were just lovely. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family/friends. You will not be disappointed!

I rent and my landlord called them out. Air handler and condenser were 30 years old and gave out. They actually showed up earlier than the scheduled time. Perfect. Get the A/C up and going earlier. They were super fast and had informative answers for the questions I asked. When I finally do purchase a home and need A/C repairs or change outs, I would definitely call these guys. Chris conducted my annual home air conditioning services today.He presented himself as a knowledgeable professional skillful technician.He was able to answer my inquisitive questions with patience and more importantly in terms I could easily understand.I feel very comfortable with his work.

I called this company because the company that came out before charged me $150 to check out my system. My home is only 2 years old and they wanted me to pay $300 to get a new piece to make my system work better.

I placed a called to service my HAVC systems. The representative was very polite and professional. They
was able to get someone out the same day. The technician Buddy was very professional and thorough he worked me through my entire system.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their system checked or repaired.

Our AC stopped functioning so we Called Davis Mechanical Contractors around 8am. We were told they would be here between 11 and 1, and we were given a heads up about half an hour before the person got here. Buddy is the person who came to repair our AC. He was polite and professional. He told me what was wrong and what needed to be done and I trusted him to do whatever was needed. Our system was repaired within an hour. Excellent work, will use them again in the future.

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Davis Mechanical Contractors. Norman is an excellent individual, extremely respectful and he answered every question that I had. They were punctual and did a clean job installing my new A/C. Their price is very competitive and the office people helped me as well. I highly recommend them!

One of our A/C units was not cooling as it should....thank goodness it's January and not in the middle of Summer. Davis Mechanical Contractors was able to come out promptly. I really appreciated the tech named Buddy. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through my options. The pricing was good and we ended up replacing the entire unit. There is no 2nd Choice - Davis Mechanical is...... simply the best. All things new, warranty, follow up maintenance, on time service, etc.

Technician called ahead, arrived on time, was very thorough in his inspection, took the time to diagnose issues with both split systems. He offered short and long term solutions, allowed me to choose what fit my needs and budget, was straight forward on all pricing. He is an employee for a number of years which tells me Davis Mechanical is a good company with good employees.

Called at 8a with a down A/C unit. Was back up functioning by 1p, and in prime summer weather too! Great company with honest technicians and fair prices.

The owner of this business helped me setup a work order on the weekend, and sent two technicians during the next available slot. They came and listened to my explanation of the issue, and worked on my AC Unit without the need for supervision, then let me know it was good to go. They were very kind and quick to get the issue diagnosed and resolved. Within the hour, my home's temperature was under control. Great service and reasonable pricing!

We needed our compressor replaced and Davis gave us a fair price for a new one, along with labor, and we had the new unit installed within 24 hours of calling for help. Great job!! I will definitely call them for any issues that may occur!

Norman Davis is an honest and ethical guy. They don’t get any better. I’ve called him before and he was out of town on vacation. He walked me through what to do with my thermostat to get us by until he could permanently fix the problem.
