Professional, reliable, problem-solving, efficient, considerate. We live in West Galveston (TX77554) and have used Kenn's Plumbing services for years. Steve Smith has helped us with a variety of plumbing issues including emergency calls (e.g., burst pipes during February freeze, 2021), upgrades to kitchen plumbing and much more. Steve trouble-shoots a complex plumbing problem and typically offers more than one repair option according to our budget. We recommend Steve with Kenn's plumbing without reservation. Five stars. Josh and Kenn both came out to my house on a Sunday when I was in a bind. They assessed my situation, made the fix, and did it all in a very professional manner. Can’t recommend this company enough!

I was in a real bind as all of the toilets in my house has stopped working. I called Kenn's Plumbing on October 2nd, a Sunday, and Kenn had someone out of my house within 4 hours. The technician was extremely professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, and provided a reasonable repair estimate. I would for sure recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Ken’s plumbers were on time and hard working. Had some faucet issues From old connections. Also had warranty issues from a supplier and they worked really hard to try and remedy the issues. On time and courteous. Kens guys were professional and knowledgeable. The best part they were reasonably priced.

This was the first time I have used Ken's Plumbing Service. The gentlemen that came to my home were very professional and very knowledgeable. The gentlemen performed the service in a very timely manner. The price was very reasonable. I will keep Ken's Plumbing Service as my plumber from now on. I highly recommend the company!

I have used Kenn's plumbing for numerous services and repairs (outdoor faucet installation, tankless water heater installation, various leaks and clogs) over the years and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, value and responsiveness they bring to every job. Every single time I have called them, they never failed to show up as quickly as possible, almost always the next day. This repair was no exception, as I called late night after discovering a leak expecting to get the voice mail. To my surprise, they called me right back and had me on the schedule the next morning !! Steve Smith showed up promptly on time and recognized my place right away from previous jobs. Every time Steve comes to my house, he always completes the repair quickly and efficiently and always answers my questions (I usually have a lot:-)
This time was no exception and Steve had me unclogged and working properly in no time at all, explaining everything he did along the way.
It is so hard to find service providers that you can trust and I am so thankful I have Kenn's plumbing to take care of all my plumbing needs. There's no one else I trust !!!

I called and they had someone available right away. Which was awesome. Carlos was there in no time. Since I had already done some of the work needed to repair the leak he charged me a very fare price. Carlos did a great job. This is the second time using Kenn’s plumbing and I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

I was very scared because I thought I had a busted pipe, so I called several plumbing companies and Kenn's came at the end of their day with same day service. From Miss Tonya who took my call, to Joshua and Steve the plumbers- all employees were very kind, helpful, and honest people who not only fixed my problem that same day they also provided me with reassurance. It's hard to find this kind of service now a days- so I am so grateful to Kenn's plumbing and for this great experience!

After getting our countertops and backsplash replaced, Carlos installed the new kitchen faucet, new disposal, reconfigured new PVC piping for the new sink and disposal. He also installed new faucets in one of the bathrooms, installed new PVC and connected the gas line to the stovetop. Carlos was very punctual, very friendly and kind. He was very professional, did excellent and quality work, tested installed items and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend Carlos, a very knowledgeable Plummer.

Flawless scheduling and communication. I was very happy with their tankless water heater flush and unit servicing. My water heater kept turning cold within 2 mins and the tech quickly diagnosed and advised me of the repair needed and charges associated for my approval.

Glad to say that after 2 years I finally have nice and consistent hot water. I highly recommended Kenn’s Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Service date 6/17/2023.

I got a quote for a simple gas supply line modification needed in my kitchen from four different companies. By far Kenn's was the most reasonable and fairly priced. He was on time for our appointment, courteous, work was completed very quickly and efficiently. I am definitely giving him a call for any future plumbing needs I have. Would highly recommend.

I heard there was freeze coming and I had to rush to get my whole house water filter removed. It always freezes and is a constant source of stress every winter. He was available the next day and removed it despite it being right next to a gas line. He was fast and only charged a small amount. I should have called him sooner. Thank you so much for saving my life!

I was so pleased with the service I received from Kenn’s Plumbing. The first plumber I had to look at the job was super unprofessional and totally creepy. The tech from Kenn’s was so professional, helpful and efficient. He even went the extra mile by leaving to go and get a necessary part and coming back to do the job. Ken’s Plumbing came to my rescue when I returned from vacation to find a water line leak. Jose and his helper worked on a Sunday in the 103-degree heat to locate and repair the line. Jose did an excellent job of explaining the issues, offering options, and completing the work. I highly recommend Ken’s Plumbing.

I was in need of some piping repair that was forcing me to shut down my entire homes water. I called Kenn's Plumbing early on a Saturday morning and received immediate response with approximate arrival time.
Shortly after, Steve made it to my house and quickly accessed the problem. Was very Knowledgeable and quick to fix my issue.
