I have used him for both tank and tankless water heaters and both were done quickly and professioanlly. I had a very bad sewer drain clog in the city and he cleared it within a few minutes. I had Chad out multiple times, and it was beneficial every time.

We rent a home from Invitation homes. Typically with these rental places they refuse to pay to fix things, and instead remediate and slap bandaids on everything in hopes that it will work.

Our toilets backed up and we had 2 plumbers come out to “fix it”, sent by Invitation Homes. It wasn’t until they called Simon Says that we actually got a fix. Chad came the first time, temporarily fixed it and sent a camera in to find what was actually wrong. He advised me that it could back up again, but he put in a request to do a “legitimate fix”

Toilets eventually backed up again, and Invotation Homes finally caved in and allowed Chad and his team to come out to excavate and repair.

Highly professional, friendly, on time, and didn’t leave a huge mess like the others. Even tried to re sod the ground. Highly recommend.
