Great experience. Carlos was polite, efficient, and above all, competent. I called at 8:30 am and had my dryer repaired by 11: am. Their price was very reasonable and I can't recommend them enough.

It's a shame, but I would not recommend working with them. My machine wouldn't drain unless tilted at a specific time of the wash cycle. They diagnosed it and got it to drain a small amount of water. That being said, they did not repair my machine and left before the large wash cycles ended (which would have indicated that the problem was not really solved). After ordering a replacement part, they were not time flexible, demanded last-minute time flexibility on my part, and rushed out again, without waiting for the cycle to end and confirm the problem was fixed. They speak Spanish, and I do too (but they didn't know that) so I understood they were trying to leave quickly. Will probably buy a new machine instead of paying them an additional $100 for a "new service request". I know they can do better than this, and I see it in all the good reviews on their page. I hope I am just a one-off.

This is the right company to call for Dryer repair! Chewie came out and fixed my dryer within hours of my original call. He was professional, honest, and quite timely! Highly recommend!

Let me tell you how great they are. Friday before Memorial Day they come to look at our washing machine. There are some parts they would have to order. We expected it would be Tuesday before they could get back to us. On Saturday they call and say the parts are in. Not only that, they come out and replace the parts on a Saturday. Great service and they communicate very well.

These guys are awesome! Our dryer died yesterday (Sunday) so I called at 8 o’clock Monday morning. While I was listening to message received a txt about appliance and model number. They scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 10. Called back today at 11. …they came fixed it fast! Extremely efficient and friendly. Thank you so very much!
