Matt and crew was very nice, honest and pleasant to deal with. Fixed under slab drain issues for reasonable expense. I will use them again.

All I can say is wow! I had a house fire the beginning of the year, which is a nightmare situation already. I was ready to roll into a ball and check out, but thanks to Landon and everybody at Amarillo Steam Team, we are back in our home and it is so much better than it was before! The team is amazing from start to finish. I thought I was going to have to just take the first offer to sell and just cut my losses, because there was no way I was going to be able to do this all myself AND still provide for my family since we had to move 4 hours away. Thankfully, I hardly even had to talk with insurance, because they did all the fighting for me and took care of EVERYTHING from packing and cleaning to the rebuild and design and now with moving back in and setting up. Not a single person with the teams have been less than happy to help. Even something as small as breaking down boxes and cleaning out drawers, everyone has made this experience so much easier to cope with. I hope I never need services like this again, but if I do I'm calling these guys.

Chris and Julianne are the best at customer service and did the most thorough cleaning I have ever seen with reasonable prices too. They cleaned all my ducts and last minute i asked for my sofa and love seat as well. I am very pleased.

We called a couple of places to get some duct cleaning done and didn’t have much luck. A friend suggested Steam Team and from the first phone call to the job being completed I couldn’t be happier. They showed up on time and got right to work. They did what they said they would do for the agreed on price. They also seemed very trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

I called for a carpet repair estimate. I got a same day appointment for the estimate and the repair was done at that time. The price was reasonable and Dylan was very professional! Thanks for your service Amarillo Steam Team!

Chris and Gavin were gentlemen. They were professional but very easy to talk to. Both know their business very well. My wife, talked their ears off with a bazillion questions and they were very patient with her. 👍 They cleaned our carpet and we love it! We will definitely call on these gentlemen in about 8 months for another cleaning. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

They did a great job with two area rugs they did in our home and we sent a larger one with them to clean! Everyone we worked with was kind and professional and kept us updated on the time they would arrive! Highly recommended and we will use them again!

I had my dryer vent which wants through the roof cleaned today by Steam Team. The 2 young men that came out were prompt, courteous and efficient. They put everything back in proper place and cleaned up after themselves. . They were very personable and I will definitely call them again for any of my steam clean or duct cleans price was very reasonable

On 12/11/24 I contracted with Steam Team to clean the HVAC ducts in my home, since they had done a great job previously. Chris and Gavin arrived exactly on time and quickly confirmed with me what the service would cost. These two young professionals displayed perfect manners, respect for my property and great attitudes, which is very uncommon these days. Highly recommend Amarillo Steam Team. We had an issue with the city sewer backing up into our home and they were on it immediately to help with mitigation and restoration. They were able to work around our schedule to get things done in a timely fashion and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. Every single person that we interacted with was extremely professional.
