Throughout the design process, he communicated effectively and used CAD drawings to help us visualize our plans. When construction started, he kept us informed of the progress so we knew what to expect. His team worked diligently to minimize the impact of construction on our daily lives by keeping the workspace clean and organized. After construction was complete, he checked in with us to make sure we had not encountered any issues. Josh is the ultimate professional. He is honest and friendly. He and his crew would show up every morning, go straight to work and clean the work area every day when finished. His product is above and beyond any pergola I have seen in this area. Beautiful workmanship and vision. We have used him twice and have been amazed each time. If I caught the name correctly Jose did a great job. He was thorough and gave me information on how my units were doing and things to look for in case something was going wrong. I really appreciated his input.

Calvin came out to find out why my Heating and Air Conditioning Unit was making a loud cracking sound every time the Unit came on,.......He checked on it and then helped me change my Filters.....Excellent young man and very efficient in getting the job done. Very personable and friendly. I would definitely use his services again!

I got a clear estimate that included things that might go wrong in digging a trench through my yard to replace a water pipe. However, the team was very careful and completed the job quickly without problems. Jon and team did a great job and were true to the original estimate.

Scottco always does a great job. They did the plumbing and HVAC for me when I built my home and have taken care of it since. Troy and Nathan helped me this morning and did an outstanding job. They have been in my home before and I request them.

I had my yearly plumbing inspection in 10/10/2024. I was called at 7:30a and told a plumber would be at my house between 8:30a and 9a. Shortly after 8:30a a plumber arrived. He drained my hot water heater, and inspected all of my sinks and toilets. He found a leak in one sink and he gave an estimate of what itvwould take to fix it. He also recommended i replace yhe faucets to my Washing machine due to calcification ?? And a bend in the copper pipe. He also gave me an estimate on this repair should i decide to do it. He was very polite and showed me every problem he found and what his recommendation was. I appreciate Scottco doing all of my yearly inspection and recommending repairs before they become a major problem

Scottco called me to set up an appointment to have my yearly AC/Furnace and Electrical inspected. I was scheduled to see technicians on 03/10/23. I was called at 8:30am to see if they could send the AC Tech and about 15 minutes later I was called by Electrical to tell me there tech was en route. The AC technician arrived before 9pm and the Electrical tech arrived shortly thereafter everyone introduced themselves and went to work inspecting my AC/Furnace system as well as my electrical systems. All the tech were polite sand a pleasure to talk with. They were at home for about 30 minutes and gave me a copy their inspections with problems found and noted. I appreciate Scottco reminding when my yearly inspections need to be done and checking my equipment before I have a problem

08/22/2024. I called Scottco on 08/21/2024 with a plumbing leak i had under my vathroom sink. I also need an outside faucet replaced. I was scheduled for an appointment on 08/22/24. At 7:30am i was called by Scottco and told they had a tech available between 8:30am to 9am. The tech showed up at 8:45 am and looked at the ink and the plumbing. He explained yo me why i couldnt fix the leak and that i need a new downpipe from the sink and two new water tun off. I was given an estimate for the repairs and the other work i requested. I approved the repairs and about 45 minutes later the work was done to my satisfaction. The tech was friendly and he was a joy to talk to. Scottco took care if my problems quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable and mow i dont gave to worry about a major leak. Thanks guys. Gary Trupe.

The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable of the scope needed to make my repair fast and minimally invasive. Charge for service was fair and reasonable. Thank you.

They were prompt to come by and give me an estimate but when it came time to come do the work they kept pushing me back. They didn't have the courtesy to call and let me know. I had to keep calling to get updates. Then when they finally came by to do the work turns put they underestimated over $1,000! I had to hire someone else that ended up more reliable.

Technician was able to address our issue with our A/C unit in a timely manner. Thanks for the good work.

We are using the Scottco for health checks on our electrical, HVAC and plumbing. They just completed the winter review and it went great. Professional service people who take time to answer your questions and give you an update on anything they found.

We have also used them to add soffit lighting and some lighting and outlets in our house. Great work and always clean up after themselves.

Preston & Jesus we’re very professional , courteous and explained everything they were going to do before they started . Jesus even noticed some incorrect installation of the tubing on my mini split system that Scottco had previously done , which caused it to detach from the wall and the outside part cracked.
He said he would make sure one of their installers would come back and properly correct the mistake.
Still currently waiting , after 3 days for their office to call me and let me know when they will fix the issue.
Would have given 5 stars if they were more prompt to call back.

8/21/23 :Follow up to previous review,
Jesus did follow with his Supervisor , Don ,who had been out of town , therefore the delay in a response to me.
Don promptly called upon return and scheduled a service call for repairs.

Jesus and Pete showed up today on time and promptly fixed the mistake by the initial installer.

Jesus is very good at his job and both He and Pete were very professional, courteous and friendly.

I was having issues with my air conditioning unit and I have had a couple of other great experiences with Scottco so I decided to give them a call. The Tech showed up and quickly addressed the problem and explained what had happened. He did good quality work and the price was affordable. Overall I was very pleased and will continue to have Scottco as my first call for my a/c service. Thanks Scottco

Troy and his assistant are professional, knowledgeable, and informative. We were in extremely good hands with them as they checked out and worked on our plumbing issue. We highly recommend them.

The whole experience from getting a bid to the outstanding job Matt did in the whole house generator installation and training was OUTSTANDING. It was the kind of service we all think isn't available anymore, but is at Scottco. Their pricing was also the best.
