I had a mixed experience with Archer electric. The technicians were polite, but the service ended up being more expensive than I expected. Troubleshooting took much longer than it should have, which added to the overall cost and frustration. On top of that, there was an extra convenience fee that didn’t feel very “convenient” from a customer standpoint. Not the worst service, but definitely room for improvement.

Great person to deal with does the job right first time vlean honest dependable

Had an emergency power outage and needed connectors for my generator. I called my electrician who called in the parts we would need to connect it. He said the website showed near $30 for them. When I got there to pick them up, they tried to charge me $46.66 for them.
At least they had them waiting for me.
