I would rate 10 stars if I could! Everyone at the Childers Brothers was wonderful and the process was outstanding! Tristan came back out 9 months after my install to make sure my house was still level!

John stopped by to check to make sure everything was good and it is. Childers did a great job. No more foundation worries.

We use Childers Brothers to have our house leveled back in January. I will say so far a month and a half later it seems like it’s doing fine as far as the actual house leveling goes but my review is more about the business as a whole and my experience from start to finish.

When we met with the salesman we were sold a process that I was told involved their entire team that was part of the justification in the cost of the project. That their entire team would be there. I was also told that I would be called about a month before the project date to confirm everything since we scheduled it about three months in advance. We never received a confirmation all (the start of a lack of communication), and when the day came to have our house level, a crew of three guys showed up. The sales technician told us that there would be a person there per helical pier they installed, so that was kinda a shock to us. We also thought maybe the company would call a day before to confirm that they were showing up but, again, that didn’t happen.
Unfortunately, it was snowing quite heavily the two days they were working on our house and they had to cut some concrete to finish the job because of that they had to wait a couple of days and come back to pour concrete but this was done in below freezing and incredibly dry temperatures. Because of the conditions when it was poured, the concrete cracked and crumbled over the course of the weekend.

Because I requested an itemized invoice I was told I had to speak to a supervisor named Michael. He was not always easy to reach and frequently didn’t respond to my text, but when he did, he always had to come over to my house to discuss anything. I told him about our experience with the sales technician, and he stated that’s not their training and how they do things and then provided me with the same kinda general estimate info the sales tech gave us when we signed up.
So not a lot of customer satisfaction at that point, he did ensure me that they would make the concrete job right which they did. However, during this process, there were times that I reached out to Michael and received absolutely no response until I called their office several days later. He would also tell me that their crew is going to show up to come back and replace the concrete and would tell me it would be Wednesday or Thursday of next week, but then nothing would happen. I will admit one time it was because of the weather however, this is again just poor communication.

The work they did seemed OK but if I’m looking at the overall experience that I’m not exactly thrilled. Especially given the cost.

We are so happy with the results we got on our foundation repair! Cedric, Michael, and Tristan were so great about answering any questions we had! We’re so excited to have a great foundation on our old home!

Michael and Donovan were great explaining everything when they came to check the house. The crew that did the work were very polite. Slade, foreman, was very polite and explained what was going on and said when they were leaving. I appreciated that. I would recommend Childers Brothers Inc to others for work that needs to be done.

Childers Brorthers added new beam to my rental home, they were very professional and did outstanding work! Tristan was great he came back almost a year later to check on me and make sure the home was still stable!

They did an amazing job. All the way from taking measurements and looking at the support beams up to doing the actual leveling of the house. The whole team was professional and very open on what they are going to do and what needs to be done. Both Donovan Luna and Juan Estrada did the at most best I could of expected from a company and more. I can not recommend enough how amazing this company and there team were!

In early July 2025, Dustin Bledsoe from Childers Brothers took new measurements in our house, verifying that the soil stabilization process performed in 2024 by Childers Brothers was working as intended. Dustin was thorough in his work, answered all questions we had, and was fully respectful the entire time he was here.

Can’t say enough! There was even a scheduling error and Tristan immediately moved things around and got us taken care of. Cedrick and his crew worked through some horrible weather the first day and stayed positive. They entertained my curiosity and showed me how things worked and what they were doing throughout the process.

All from appts made easy, demonstration of how the work is done and what to expect, very respectful of our property, got the job done in a timely manner, and even cleaned up our property even better than we even hadit in the first place! Forever grateful for them! Even more excited that we have no more worries about our foundation, if any problems, we have the reassurance they'll be here, bit we practically have a guarantee on the job. Wonderful people to work with, they helped us take the next step into fixing up our house and turning it into a home! Our doors have never shut easier than they do now that our foundation is leveled. Michael even came back by to check up on us and brought us a thoughtful gift! Blessed to have wonderful people that look out for one another.

Great people to deal with. Had damage from the excessive rain in the Panhandle in the Spring and got info on Childers Brothers from my oldest daughter and her husband as they had previous work done by Childers.
Then associates came out and gave us a September date and then called later and got us an appointment 1/2 months ahead of schedule.
Michael Cantu and associate arrived and evaluated the situation and assessed the damage and cost and got the job done in a lot less time than we expected.
Melissa and the staff helped us all the way though the processes and we had a problem free billing/ payment process.
The work crew were a bunch of great guys. We had friends from out-of-state so we told them they could have free reign with the whole process. We left and got back 4 hours later. The job was completed, all the holes were filled and there was nothing left to clean. Very good job, and kudos to the staff, there were very personable.
Follow-up on the whole process was neat and precise.

Childers Brothers did an amazing job, they expedited every expiation. they did a great job cleaning up and left my property better than it was before. highly recommend Tristan and Childers Brothers to anyone!

Junior came over today and checked my whole house over and had great news for me about my house. I have used a long time ago and have been pleased. I was impressed with Junior's work today.
