Shopping at Pete’s Greenhouse is a lovely experience!
Calming, welcoming, and beautiful with friendly folks to meet the needs of your visit! They also allow you to just to walk around and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere!!! Wonderful shopping experience!!!

Five stars for Pete's! I was desperately needing some landscaping for my residence. I talked to them on a Tuesday and by Saturday of the same week I had an estimate and a we set a date for installation two weeks later. They were on time and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for any landscaping needs. They will get the job done!!

Such a relaxing, beautiful place to visit! Friendly staff, decorative items as well as a good selection of plants, competitive pricing. Often they have things no one else in town has. One of my favorite places!

Not sure if I just looked out of place walking into a greenhouse but the entire staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help. One woman in particular gave me some excellent advice on what plants to get and even gave me tips and fun facts about the plants I bought. Definitely some beautiful plants and surprising amount of furniture. Highly recommend Pete's greenhouse!

We Love Petes and the amazing plants and flowers are the best quality! This magical place also offers wonderful home decor for indoors and outdoors. My wife has decorated our home, business and beautiful gardens with unique items from them. We have been shopping at Pete’s since the early 2000s and it’s the first place we visit each season to keep our home and yard looking beautiful! I can’t say enough except that we highly recommend !

A+.....If you have not used their landscaping team you are missing out!!! Pete's landscaping team is so creative and fun to work with and they do AMAZING beautiful work!! People literally stop in front of my home constantly just to look at my flower beds. They are the friendliest people ever and take their job very seriously. The store is one of a kind its beautiful inside and out and they take GREAT PRIDE in their work! you cannot go wrong with Pete's

Garden store with a lot home items & well preserved plants $$$

I was visiting from out of town and was very excited to see what an Amarillo plant store had to offer. The aesthetic of the store is very calming and beautiful. One half of the store is a boutique that has candles, pots and small home decor trinkets. The other half of the store has beautiful plants. Everything about the store is over priced. There were reed scent that were over $50 and grocery store plants for over $20. The staff did not acknowledge my presence, even though none seemed too busy, there was a grouping of 6 just hanging out behind the counter. I do appreciate the small farmers market in the outside part of the store. All in all, disappointing.

I have never, in all these years been disappointed in the quality of their plants, or the friendly service. Happy to do business with them.

Very good quality plants. They also have some home decor, high quality fountains and pots. Friendly helpful staff.
Expect to pay a little higher price for their plants than at a big box store but you get what you pay for. All their plants are suited for our area and are tended to each day carefully to ensure the plant is in good health when you buy it.

Coulter Gardens used to be the #1 spot in Amarillo for plants, but I think now Pete’s has taken the crown. All their plants are super healthy, and they have a lot of stuff other people don’t have. Staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable too. They take pride in what they do. This is now going to be the spot where I will drive all the way down town to get my plants from here!

I’m so glad I found this place!! I have finally found some of my wishlist plants there and in amazing condition!! Beautiful plants and a gorgeous store to shop!

This my first time buying anything at Pete’s. I am a landscaper and buy tons all week. The roses they had looked great, super help when purchasing. Came back 3 hrs later because one of the buses had aphids, they are all grouped together so they other will have them too. They kept saying it a Texas law they can’t take back plants. I just read the law there’s no law. I just read it. They also didn’t express when purchasing that they do store credit instead on returns, by the way was covered up with papers at the register and it a small card that explains it. This should be expressed at check out. That sale guy was super rude when I told him it has bugs and I’m not planting these in someone else’s garden. He was real sick. So know I’m stuck with a store credit over $200. Theirs plants has bugs.

Pete’s is one of my favorite stops in Amarillo. The houseplant selection is great, and I’ve gotten some excellent buys there over the years, including Monstera babies, several tradescantia varieties, and a few nice sansevierias for my classroom collection. Living nearly two hours away in Tucumcari, I also appreciate the free coffee and immaculate restrooms — little conveniences that save me a stop at QT on the way home.

Just love coming here to this place they have so many to choose from and the service is great!

I love this place! They are more than just a
Greenhouse. They have really nice home decor, terrarium's, candle's, imported soap, crockery, ornaments, and gorgeous wind chimes.

Have I ever actually been to Pete's? Nope. Do I live in Amarillo? Nope. So why do I give a 5 star review? Well, my family and I needed help with a gift after the loss of a loved one and a guy by the name of Tyler went above and beyond! He loves his job, he's truly passionate about the plants, knows his stuff, is well spoken and kind. He sent me pictures, made great recommendations, handled the whole thing like a professional, but also a friend. He printed off a note from my family to our loved ones and made the delivery to Claude. He's a rare human and if he's a representative of Pete's, then Pete's has to be the best option around!

The service there was great. They were eager to help me find exactly what I needed for my lawn care needs. I will recommend Pete's Greenhouse to all my friends as the go to place for their gardening supplies!
