I will never use again nor recommend Maid in Amarillo. I paid the additional fees for deep clean, wall clean and oven, etc. Five minutes after they were supposed to arrive, I received a call stating they needed to move it to that afternoon. There was no communication between Maid in Amarillo and who they sent out as I had to try and explain the additional services paid. They ran out of oven cleaner and didn’t even attempt to clean the sides, etc. I had to ask them when they were ‘done’ to go back through and do things that were missed. Ended up having to hire another individual to complete the job.

The ladies that came to my home did such an amazing and thorough job got the deep clean! Now I’m thinking if scheduling a routine service to get my cleanings more often! Thank you so much for the amazing job that done in my home.

What a refreshing new cleaning company for Amarillo! So excited to have a quality cleaning company that is reasonably priced in town. The cleaners do an awesome job and I love their website...so simple. Check these guys out, worth every cent, they are in and out and the customer service is great!

I booked this company for a move-in cleaning. Two ladies arrived and worked for 4 hours, doing a deep clean which included windows, shutters, baseboards, insides of cabinets and drawers, fans and lights, oven, plus all the normal things you would routinely clean. Communication was exceptional, so I knew exactly what to expect. For example-they called to let me know when they were 30 minutes to finishing so I could go through the house and inspect their work, and said if there was anything unsatisfactory that they would fix it right then. I was very thorough in my inspection, and every inch was cleaned beyond my expectations! I can't say enough good things about the company. I will definitely use them again and would not recommend anyone else!

Reasonable price, amazing quality of work! My home was absolutely pristine afterwards! The ladies spent extra time making sure the attention to detail was spot on. Hands down best company in Amarillo! Highly recommended.

We got the Deep Clean service and were absolutely blown away with the attention to detail. Very friendly service. Great communication. We never had to wonder what time they were showing up or leaving. They absolutely went above and beyond and are a great value for the money we spent.

The real estate market is so crazy right now!! So, I found a house I wanted, but my house was a disaster!! In one day I got Maid in Amarillo scheduled for a move out clean, and I’m so thankful for these women!! They cleaned my house from top to bottom and got it show ready!! I don’t know what I would have done without them!! Probably would have broken my back and my house still would not be as clean as it is now!!! Thank you Maid in Amarillo!!

Maid in Amarillo did a fantastic job of a deep clean!! My mom had been in and out of the hospital for several months and ultimately had to have surgery. Trying to ease some burden, my brother and I hired Maid in Amarillo to do a deep clean of her house. We were both in town when they did it and were both highly pleased with the results. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this company!! They are very accommodating and professional!! I needed them to clean the house that I moved out of, and am trying to sale. The owner got everything scheduled, and even cleaned my carpets himself!! I just wish they could come to Springlake, Texas so I could use them all the time for cleaning needs!! Great job!! The ladies sent to our home by MAID IN AMARILLO were professional, thorough, courteous and conscientious. My elderly mother was impressed and she is one that doesn’t really like for strangers to be coming to her home. The service requested was very easily set up by Claribel, no hassle, no drama. We have just set up a schedule for them to come back on a regular basis. I highly recommend this business for anyone needing this type of service.

Iv used this service for maybe 2-3 months, and I didn’t think anything of it’s small group of people, their answering of their phone during work hours is poor. When you book a service they say payment will be taking out on the day of the service, first time didn’t take out I had to call them in order to take the money out to “remind them”. A family member used the this service, they still have yet to take her payment out. I had them do a cleaning service last week, missed the appointment because of “bad communication” with their teams. Then took them 1 1/2 to take that payment out. Just now after 4 weeks they took out the other payment they “forgot” so if you want a company that doesn’t process their payments systems right, this is not the place go somewhere else

There are not enough compliments to give the staff and owner of this business that describes the excellent service we received. They provide great service and value. I highly recommend using Maid in Amarillo. You won't be disappointed. We were with another company and due to availability sought the services of Maid in Amarillo. We have never gone back as Maid in Amarillo goes that extra mile.

Not quite what I paid for--I signed up for a "deep clean" and didn't receive that. The level of cleaning done was more of a "routine clean." I'm moving out and wanted to make my place look good for the next tenant, and right now I wouldn't say my unit is move-in ready yet. I should have asked my cleaners to go back and redo the areas that weren't finished, and I didn't, so I really have myself to blame! They were nice and probably would have done it! But on the other hand, I sort of expected that if I paid for a professional service, it would be done and done well. On the bright side, my cleaners were professional, courteous, and speedy. Booking the appointment was INCREDIBLY easy. Their website is so sleek and easy to navigate, and the FAQ covers so much useful information. Everything I expected, apart from the thoroughness of cleaning that was done. I would recommend Maid in Amarillo for a regularly scheduled "preventative" cleaning service, but maybe not for persistent, stubborn grime like in my home.

This was absolutely THE best experience I've ever had!!! The owner was/is personable and he takes pride in his company. He came to do an onsite consultation which just shows the extra personal touches that this company does. The team that came was incredible!! They had amazing customer service, were polite, friendly and made me feel so comfortable having them in my home. They went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again soon!! Very professional and hard working! They have done a standard clean and deep clean. In both cleans they exceeded expectations, which is a lot for me as I am particular. Prices are reasonable and ladies were fantastic! I’ve had a great experience from initial call to schedule until completion. Thank you for your great help and work!

Asked for a deep clean and was not disappointed! The house smelled and looked fabulous! My appliances hadn’t look that good since they were new! Definitely recommend Maid In Amarillo! I signed up for standard cleaning every 2 weeks!

This Cleaning company really did almost make my house shine at cleaning most of the grime at the first day, to be fair; they did spend like 6 hours cleaning at my house, and my House was messy, but they got the job done. They were nice maids, and they were so professional at the job. I even heard they provide you a reasonable price for their service. if you want a deep clean, go with this company, I recommended this company

We sold our house recently and used Maid in Amarillo twice: once to prepare the house for showing and again after selling to leave the house clean. Wow! What a great service! Easily worth twice the cost, two very sweet ladies showed up and quietly went about their business and left the house spotless! Will most definitely use again.
