I was so empresses with Tim, I think name is correct. He was so polite, explained what he was doing, took extra time, so fortunate he was the plumber sent to help my situation. Very hard worker!! Had complete trust in him!! Never questioned what he was doing. You have an excellent person that you have employed.

We were definitely treated like family. Thank you Dustin Sanders for going up and above. My husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 gallbladder cancer that has spread to his lungs and back. Dustin not only made sure to talk to my husband and get his opinion on which route to take but kept him involved on future things to look for to prevent any problems while my husband remained in his bed. It doesn't end there we have a very curious little 3yr old baby girl who he entertained by allow her to watch and even asked her questions and got her opinion. He had so much respect and true genuine kindness that we truly needed. I have truly been blessed through this some what unfortunate event that turned amazing. Bob Jay’s was amazing. I called in the morning and they showed up in the morning. The technician was a great guy who repaired my unit fast. All around a great experience. Thank you Bob Jay’s!!!
