Five-star service from Lonestar! Josh is always friendly and helpful, no matter the time of day. Whether it’s a weekend or late at night, he’s always available and gets the job done right. The quality of work is excellent. Highly recommended!

Owner is arrogant and does not listen to anything he is told. Would not recommend this servicer under any circumstances.

No call no show. I called 30 mins after appointment time to see if they were running behind. The lady told me that was probably the case and they will come afterwards. 2 hours after scheduled appointment no call or text. Edit: Just got a knock on my door two hours and 30 mins after my scheduled time for service. I asked if I would be charged time and a half since it would now be after hours. He said yeah but I could reschedule. Good thing it wasn't an emergency.
