Best customer service ever!! Beau was our technician and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He also took the time to share important information that will be useful in making decisions about our system in the future. It is obvious that Beau really cares about his customers. I now know who we will always call for all our HVAC needs. This is a trustworthy company doing it right at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!!

Matthew's HVAC Services responded quickly when AC unit was not working well. Had used them last year and they did a great job replacing our Duct work in our home. This year made the decision to go ahead and replace HVAC system since current one was going to have more issues in the future. Matthew's Team got the system changed out quickly and had us up a running in 1 day. Thank you Beau for making sure everything was working properly and that we had no questions left unanswered.

Matthew's sent out Beau and his partner to repair my heater. They were amazing! They were professional, on time, incredibly helpful, and dealt directly with the home warranty company. Honestly, it could not have been an easier or better experience. I will recommend that my mother use their service on the home she recently purchased. They are the only HVAC company I will use in the future.

These guys came out and worked on an HVAC system at our house. They just finished yesterday. I think it ended up being a harder job than they anticipated, but they worked it all out and did such a great job all while having great attitudes. They were so polite and professional. They communicated very well and they worked really hard. We saw Bentley, Isaiah, and Jay for this job. Bentley was here every day with a smile on his face. Those young men did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable and efficient. We could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Those 3 deserve a raise. We are very pleased with the results. They worked well with the plumbers and Xcel too. I would recommend this company to anybody needing work done on their house. 10/10 job guys!

I’ve had experiences with two technicians in the last week. Beau was extremely courteous and friendly, and was a pleasure to talk to. Alex came a few days later and performed our Elite Service bi-annual pre-summer cleaning and treatments. Alex did and outstanding job in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with Josue Lujan who came to my home and checked my heat when it was out. He was efficient and found the issue right away so I could take necessary measure in getting our home warm. We appreciate him so much and are grateful for the good experience.

Bo and Junior provided thorough customer service 1-17-2025 when they came to diagnose an issue with my furnace. Bo identified and explained exactly what was going on with the system and physically showed me the issue and explained why it was causing my system to short cycle. I'm now a member of the company's maintenance program as of today and look forward to working with these guys again. (Well, hopefully not). Recommend this company and Bo all day long.

Beau was very professional, punctual and efficient. He arrived before the scheduled appointment, and we were informed by dispatch that he would be on his way a little earlier, diagnosed the issue with the outside AC unit quickly and had the repairs completed in less than 30n minutes. I highly recommend Matthew's HVAC Service for all your heating and air conditioning needs!!

My mother was in rehab for a broken bone and I live out of state. Her furnace went out. Matthew's came and checked if it could be repaired. The furnace was 62 years old and couldn't be nursed back to working condition anymore. They waved the service fee and installed a new furnace at a lower price than others willing to give a price over the phone since no one was there. They had it installed and the house warm before I could get there. Arrived to a warm house.

Sr Technician Beau came out today to check out some issues with our HVAC system and was amazing! He was timely, efficient and most of all friendly. He made it a super painless process he quickly diagnosed and fix the issues at hand. We will definitely be calling out to Matthew’s if we run into anymore issues.

Beau was very punctual and professional. Not only was he on time, but he was also very informative, patient, and gave me an idea of what the overall process would entail. You can tell he is knowledgeable by the depth of information he was able to give, and the additional details surrounding the operations of the system show how experienced he is. After all the complications I have had with this house, and all of the many different contractors that have been in and out, some with no kuth whatsoever, it was truly a breath of fresh air to have such a polite, well-mannered, patient, experienced individual perform this job. To say thank you isn't enough, but I am very appreciative of the level of care and service provided.

He used clear, relatable analogies to help me understand the issue and was patient throughout the process. I also appreciate his honesty and transparency.

During my repair with technician Josue, I really had an amazing experience. He was courteous, well mannered, knowledgeable, and even educated me about the parts and mechanics of my repair. I enjoyed his friendly demeanor and he provided me great laughs too.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Called on a Sunday due to no heat. Josue showed up within 30 minutes and had the heater back up and running in less than an hour. Josue explained the problem in detail, showed me the faulty part that was being replaced and verified that everything was working perfectly before collecting payment.
