Daniel’s Heating and Air saved my life this summer! Our air conditioning stopped working on one of hottest days this summer in Amarillo. Karen answered when I called and was so helpful, kind, and responsive. She sent a team out to help us quickly. Their prices are fair and ever since they fixed it, it has been running great! Can’t thank Daniel’s team and Karen enough!

I had arranged for a mini-splitter unit to be placed through Home Depot who referred me to Snow Bear to install the AC. The install was set for tomorrow and they told me I needed an electrician so they sent one over to look. I paid him 1/2 down and then in contract it says I hired the electrician who has an expired license. Snow bear employee Karen said it was my choice and the contract is what it is. Now, they have taken me off the schedule and I have to start from scratch. I have never dealt with such a shady company.
Buyer Beware!!! They charged my friend 1100.00 for three pounds of Freon that never cooled her house. She has used this company for years and years and she too has moved forward to Licensed professional work using a reliable company as I am doing.

Aaron did an awesome job getting our system back up and running. Very professional and answered all my questions. Got setup for ongoing maintenance and didn't charge me an arm and a leg even for coming out on a weekend. I would highly recommend Daniel's heating and air.
