Had James work on our lawn irrigation system, unfortunately for us, he was the fourth company we’ve hired in the last 2 1/2 years. Unlike the others, he spent the time to map out the entire system, (12 stations on about 30,000 sq ft of grass), and found where we were lacking in sprinkler coverage. Really took pride in finally being the one to fix the coverage issues. He changed heads and nozzles, boxed valves that were just buried and totally unorganized, added a station, and hand dug all the trenches so he could put the grass back as close to the way it was before he started digging. He has come back a few times to tweak the system so it works as close to perfect as possible.
We were so impressed with his irrigation work, we also hired him to install some flower beds in the back yard with a stone border. Really good guy, really hard worker, and very concerned with our happiness once the job was completed.

I couldn’t recommend this company more! Very knowledgeable and extremely hard working. Coffee completely redid our backyard which included a good amount of sprinkler redesign, demolition, leveling and sloping and planting grass.
Coffee has all the right machines and tools to do the job. They show up and work hard. You pay for exactly what you get, the owner is there doing the work with his employee. No flashy high overhead company with bright pickup and trailer wraps, just a good honest guy doing good honest work!

Outstanding... highly recommended! Clean Cut, Professional, Well Qualified, Dependable, Reliable and MORE than a fair price! James got it done when no one else could or would. We were in a bad spot with the late July heat (our sprinkler Sys not working for 10 days). I called and/or text a number of contractors (big and small) no response from all but a one or two, most were booked out a month solid some even more.

Then the call from Coffee Landscape and Design came, James found time to help us out, did an excellent job, got us up and running on a job that was difficult do diagnose and repair. He got it done and done right the first time out! We will definitely use him again!!!

James did a great job of redesigning and bringing our sprinkler system up to date. James and his crew were very courteous and hardworking. They also planted a new tree and shrubs for our flowerbed. We were very pleased with the work in the front yard and are planning on having them complete our backyard this summer. Their work is quality!

CoffeeLandscape and design did a beautiful cactus garden for us. We are very happy with the way things turned out. I gave James total control. I told him what I wanted, telling him what I wanted as a finished product he designed a beautiful landscape and applied it to all cactus and other cactus type plants. I am, really excited about watching it change and grow over the next few years. I highly recommend him for any type of landscape you have or want.

Ryan installed about 900’ of 6’ chain link with 3 strand barbed wire on top. Got it done in 1 week. Looks great.

Made a contract with Ryan and his team to fix our property’s sprinkler system. He quoted us an outrages $14,500 and that it’ll be finished in 2 days. He originally was very against making a contact to hold him liable. Eventually, we made a contract with him in hopes to get it over with. He asked for half down ($7,250) immediately. Regardless, we paid him and would rarely see his team come to the property. Months later we are wondering how much longer. Now he will no longer contact us after no work has been done. We have filed a lawsuit against him and are suing in an attempt to get our investment back.

Ryan does an excellent job, his costumer service is also Golden in standard as well as the timeliness and quality of work. Great company!
