Employees make you ask them their name when you call. You have to call them back, repeatedly. If you don't have A LOT of work for them, they won't bother with you.

I was quoted a price for the repair of my appliance, then charged a significant amount over the quoted price. When I called about it, I was given no reduction, only invalid excuses. I will never use their "services" again.
