We used Route 66 plumbing for a little over 2 years and had no issues with this company until recently. Recently, we called Route 66 plumbing for a washer/kitchen plumbing issue we were having. The plumber came by, and was able to fix the issue we were having temporarily. After having that issue resolved, a camera inspection was performed and recommended that our pipes underneath our house would need to be replaced eventually due to the age of the pipes and the problems we were experiencing. We asked if a few quotes could be provided to us to see what would be the best option. After going over the quotes, we decided the quote that was provided to replace the pipes underneath our whole home was fairly reasonable and wanted to move forward with that job. The plumber came by and was reviewing everything before the job started. After reviewing, the plumber stated that the bid/estimate that we approved to replace the pipes underneath our home was not accurate. We provided proof, and we were told that was not accurate and would be more than what was originally quoted. We decided to not move forward with this job and we're extremely disappointed on how this was handled. We felt the company was not upfront with their pricing and felt like it could have been handled better.

I called late morning and they fit me right and got to us ahead of schedule! The technician Landry was very professional and and answered all of my questions. Price was affordable! We will be returning!
We actually returned again later this evening and the same technician came out and got us squared away! Truly blessed for their quick reaction and response time! We will be returning just hopefully not as fast!
