Chris and his team were at my store within a couple of hours from my initial phone call. They got right to work and accomplished the substantial cleanup with professionalism and a great attitude. They took care with preserving delicate areas and explained what they needed to do, getting my approval beforehand when appropriate. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Chris and crew came out immediately to our flooded home. They made sure everything was safe and dry and free from mold. Really thankful for their quick response. Everyone was so kind as well!

My insurance company helped me find Chris and his incredible team at PuroClean Property Paramedics after a local and well known plumbing company left me in quite a mess. Chris was able to get to my property right away , he and his technician ( I think his name was Joe) thoroughly checked everything and took plenty of pictures. Chis provided me with straight forward, honest information and pricing and gave me all of my options. He knew I was still working everything out with my insurance so he left his card for me to call when I was ready. I called him back the same day and he had his technicians to my property by that afternoon! They got straight to work, even helped me carry a big wet rug outside. (Thanks guys!) They explained everything, where very professional and super quick. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company and am so grateful for their diligence, amazing work ethic and honesty.

When the 2nd floor of our house fell into the 1st floor, PuroClean came to the rescue. All the staff who arrived at the house were very professional, knowledgeable and went out of their way to explain what was being done. Everyone understood I was overwhelmed and treated me with compassion and patients.

This company and their team are heroes to me and a huge blessing for relieving my stress and anxiety in finding the house soaking wet. They made a bad and stressful situation go away with their professionalism, personal attention, and efficient work. The whole house was wet and half was flooded, my stress level and emotions were off the chart and they were calming and took over the problem, handled everything down to the last detail removing all personal property with care, tearing out wet carpet, moving furniture, etc. I was so impress and excited with the job this crew performed all in one day!! Fans ran in the house for a few days and PuroClean were there everyday to check on them. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Had an appointment at up to have the house sprayed. I was notified the day before who would be arriving and at what time. The day of the appointment I recieved a call from David the technician who would be doing the work.
Davis arrived on time and was polite and courteous and answered all of my questions.
