Stayed late and worked hard the whole time. Corey and Chris were very helpful! Great job. This was how the first day went but after that is went downhill they were scheduled to come back the next morning but called and said they were to short handed and have missed several days after that. When they did show up one guy just watched my family and one guy from Servpro do the work. The job needed more than a two man crew and I repeatedly asked for more help and finally done most of the work myself so we could get everything dry and stop the mold and bad smell. Don’t use this company.

Very pleased with our final experience. Both Mariah and Patrick took care of our couches very well. Both friendly and willing to work around our schedule. Would highly recommend working with Patrick and Mariah

Corey and Chris, from Amarillo, called to let us know they were here. They were both very professional, they assessed the job and told us what needed to be done and the complete process. When they finished, they told us what they did and gave us their card and when they would be back. They explain to us all the paperwork that needed to be signed. They did an excellent job and made it a very stress-free process for us. We are truly grateful for both of them. They were AMAZING 😊

Danny was very professional and answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge. He worked fast and efficiently and made sure there was no damages or debris. I will be recommending this company along with this employee to all my friends family and neighbors. This man deserves recognition and a raise for the hard work he accomplished.

I called ServPro to take a look at potential water damage in a crawl space. They were able to come out the same day and sent someone the next day to take a second look. Within a few days we had them scheduled and they came out to complete the job. They were very professional, showed me pictures, and gave me several options. I will definitely use them again if it’s ever needed.

A welcome experience so far, both on the phone and in person their staff has been friendly and so helpful! When your dealing with damage to your house it is so nice to have great people you can trust and care about what their doing and what your going through.

Danny and Andrew came out to my house at three in the morning on Labor Day to get water out of my carpet. They were very kind and professional and they got the job done effectively and efficiently. I appreciate that they were able to come out so late and that they didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all. I would again like to say thank you and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that may need these services!

ServePro started out with a good crew removing my belongings to be cleaned after fire. I was told 5 months after fire they would need 3 days notice to return my belongings. When I called after 9 months when home was rebuilt, they said they had not completed the job cleaning items after my insurance had paid them a huge check and no eta of completion. I am devastated. I was told “you’re not the only fire”.

Great engagement, service and knowledge - our grease fire was assessed, reviewed with insurance and myself and the place completely cleaned within a few days! The house was cleaned so well, we can rest easy knowing everything has been taken care of. Now for the rebuild and Servpro will be with us!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR STUFF! THEY WILL BREAK/ RUIN/ DESTROY YOUR ITEMS!
They will keep your stuff for MONTHS while you rebuild only to find out they never cleaned it when you get it back. IF you get it back.
They will still charge you for those cleanings that didn't happen.
And if you decide to try to get your missing things back, get reimbursed for damages they caused or anything else- you might as well change their name to Casper in your phone because they will straight up ghost you.
They prey on those who are already going through difficult situations and take advantage for you. This is EXACTLY what they did to my sister & brother in law.
Below you can see their review from a couple of months ago when they began the process of trying to get their items back. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. When they finally got their items back many were missing, damaged, or broken. And even worse yet- most had not been cleaned.
Servepro was very helpful and polite until they recieved the insurance check. Since then they have been anything but that.
They now refuse to answer calls or emails.
The amount of items damaged/ broken/ lost is well over 6k. They stated they "mailed a check" which was never received. Then asked to pay by Zelle. Proof they never mailed the check?

This is Insurance Fraud.
This is not okay.

Do not use this company. Don't let your family or friends use this company. And please make sure to let everyone know why.

Amanda is a great and thorough technician. When she came out, she was helpful, informative, and incredible to work with. 5 stars for Amanda.
Melissa was my established point of contact. If she is your assigned point of contact, request someone else. I’m usually not one to write reviews, but she has significantly lengthened the testing process and added an incredible amount of stress to an already overwhelming situation. She has dropped the ball many times with lack of follow through, empty promises, and lack of communication. I would not recommend her as a point of contact.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and their response time is lightening fast. 10/10 highly recommend Servpro of Amarillo for all your water, fire, and mold needs.

ServPro of Amarillo did a great job from start to finish. Quality is there main focus. I recommend ServPro for any and every job that needs immediate attention.

If you ever have the misfortune of having to call Servpro for water damage in you house, ask to talk to Jessica! She will make it much easier and she will totally having you laughing by the time you get off the phone. It's the little things in life... like laughs during a VERY stressful situation. Extremely Disappointed -- Proceed with Extreme Caution 😠. DO NOT HIRE THIS CIMPANY.
Despite their name, "ServPro" was anything but professional. My experience with their service was deeply frustrating, non-transperant and extremely costly. It became clear to us, over one week, that the manager definitely lacked basic restoration knowledge and training and their actions appeared to have hidden intentions from the get go. They overwhelmed our property with unreasonable number of equipment, never responded to our repeated requests to provide explanation for their actions. It was clear that their primary focus was extracting as much of our hard earned money as possible. I had to get them out of my property. I strongly advise y'all to be extremely cautious and explore more reputable alternatives. Do not hire these folks. I called with an emergency not knowing where to start. I spoke with Jessica who quickly helped calm me down. Instead of putting me on hold to finish what she was currently working on, she transferred me to Amaris who also helped calm me down. When it all said and done these two wonderful and compassionate ladies sent me in the right direction. Curtis, Chance, and Cup (I believe that’s what his name was) were able to remove the water and have everything under control within 2 hours of me calling. The ladies also called to make sure that I was feeling better about the situation and ensure all was well and I was satisfied with the work that was done.

Kevin and his team were amazing to work with! My father’s house flooded and their team were quick on the scene to prevent further damage. We are so thankful!!
