Honest,professional, and friendly! Will always be the first people I call to install or service ac/heat unit. Called in the morning with no ac and had ac before lunch. Thanks to the two technicians who repaired and serviced our ac.

First of all, when I called, someone answered the phone; I didn't get a voice mail. It was late already and I was just looking to get on the list for the next day if possible. They insisted on coming out even though it was after hours. Armando came out and diagnosed the problem. He got the unit to run through the night and then came back the next day with the needed part to make the permanent repair. Armando showed me what was wrong with the part he replaced. He was a very nice, polite and professional technician.

They’re very reliable, come out in a good timeframe from when I call and their prices are fair and comparable to other AC companies in the area. They have done my house and also my parents house.

Excellent service at a fair price. I've used these guys several times before. They've changed out a outside unit and prior to that they did smaller jobs changing out various parts to avoid having to spend on a new unit. Here recently I had an issue with the whole system loosing power. I called in on a weekend not expecting a quick response, it was a weekend after all. But Tony replied and even called. He schedule an appointment and even helped trouble shoot. We'll to my surprise I was able to locate the issue and not require servi e after all. I called Tony back and he did not seem displeased that I was able to fix it. Will continue to use Signature AC and refer my business to him and his crew. Thank you!!!

Update: 3 years later and it’s time for a whole new system. We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Out of the three companies we got quotes from, Signature AC came in with the most competitive price by far—but what impressed us even more was the quality of their work.

Not only did they install a brand new system, but they also took the extra step to upgrade the ducting size to improve airflow to the back of our house—something the other companies didn’t even mention. The difference is noticeable, and the house feels more evenly cooled than ever before.

From start to finish, it was clear they take pride in what they do. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers both great value and top-tier workmanship, but they nailed it.

We’re incredibly thankful we chose Signature AC and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

I cannot recommend Signature Air Conditioning & Heating highly enough—I got home from work at 5 to a hot house, and they’ve already come and gone by 8, and fixed the problem at a VERY reasonable price. I even got a lesson in AC and furnace maintenance from our friendly and efficient technician, Armando. 5/5 ⭐️

Tory and team did a bang up job replacing original duct work along with inside and outside systems in my mother’s home which was built in 1956. Estimate was fair and the completed work was top shelf quality. Job was completed in a day and a half to include clean up and haul away. Follow up same week to make sure system working correctly. Can’t say enough positives as to quality of work and professionalism.

Had my old AC system replaced with a Bryant system by Signature, they were able to give me a quote and schedule the installation pretty quickly. They did a fantastic job, their guys were punctual. They took their time and did a super clean install. Price was reasonable for the amount and quality work they did.

Give these guys a call and ask for Tory.

Scheduled an appointment and even contacted them the day of to ensure that they would be there. They indicated they would be there between 4:00 - 4:30. They never showed up or even called to advise they were running late or would need to reschedule. Totally unacceptable, however they are just like all these other companies who no longer care about the customer.

Installed system with loud defective blower motor. A year and half later, still haven't replaced it. Blames manufacturer and supply chain issues. Total BS. A reputable company can get a simple blower motor by now. Doesn't follow through nor keep in touch trying to resolve.. A ten year warranty is only as good as the company backing it. Their answer is to install an aftermarket blower that will void warranty.
