Terrible service I have ever seen. He came our store to fix our Freezer . Before he came freezer was working at 20F . After his working temperature was 35F . After his job done , he asked 450$ to my employees for nothing . He said i change the parts and it costs 200$ , so he is actually saying it didnt work but i still take your money. He didnt nothing , our freezer is not working now . I tried to talk him but He never responds my calls . I will SUE him for overcharging . I have witnesses and video camera records. Terrible business and horrible work ethic and OUT OF LAW . NEVER RECOMMENDED .
They are lazy. We had some work done a couple years ago, we had 2 other people come in a fix their shitty work. Then to find out some of the work wasn’t done.
Super happy with this business. I called with an issue on my MRCool unit. As soon as I described what is going on, he asked me a couple of questions. Told me it sounded like I need to clean my filters. He was right. Didn't charge me a penny even after I told him to send me a bill for the phone call. He could have come out and got me with a service charge, but didn't. Total respect.
I have been a Davis Customer for many many years and never once regretted it. Thank you for the great service you provided for me and my family.
