Josh was extremely professional and helped us out in the middle of the holidays. It's hard to come across good trustworthy people to work on your house and on the level plumbing is a company I will use again if needed.

We had a mishap Saturday afternoon when, in an attempt to remove a hose from the faucet on the side of the house, the faucet valve broke off and water was spewing everywhere. We called On the Level Plumbing and within an hour Josh had arrived to fix the problem. We are so grateful for his expedient service, expertise, and professionalism. We would definitely call him again and will refer others.

We had a plumbing problem in our kitchen right in the middle of preparing our Christmas meal. We looked on Google for a local plumber and noticed the 5 star reviews for On The Level Plumbing and decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed, he came over immediately on Christmas day and got us fixed up in no time. We will definitely use him in the future and recommend him as well.

Crew showed up at the promised time and went straight to work. I had somewhat of a complex issue with a drain and they were quick to work through it. When they found out that a part had to be ordered, they shopped a couple of suppliers until they found the needed part in stock. Came back and had me up and running so we could have our kitchen sink ready to go for the holidays! I highly recommend.

Had a leak under kitchen sink and called OTLP and Josh was at my home in about 1 hour. He is very knowledgeable and got my repair done quickly and at a responsible price.

We were having issues with the laundry room sink and kitchen sink. The other day the laundry room sink overflowed out to the garage. On the Level Plumbing came out and fixed it and were able to unclog the line. They were able to get things that out that another competitor I had been using never could. I don’t expect there will be any further issues. Great service and reasonable rate for service. It was well worth it! Thank You!

Great experience, Josh was right on time, very knowledgeable, found and repaired leak quickly. Josh is very cordial, pleasant to work with, very honest, and very reasonable ( both him and his wife know their job, and it was a great experience working with both of them ) I highly recommend this company, and they will be my go to plumbers from now on.

just had them come to my house last week. they dealt with my daughter in law, but they were in and out quickly unclogged a toilet. a toddler had stuck a roll of toilet paper in it.

Josh answered our call for help at 8:00am and had the problem addressed and fixed by 10:30am. Could not have had any better service from him and his team, and both are genuine, knowledgable, down to Earth guys that take their work seriously. They did their due diligence to ensure they left our home with all of our problems addressed, along with education to help with preventative maintenance. Will use them again (hopefully not too soon!) and will be recommending them to everyone I can!!!

The quick service was incredible. Coming out with us home and sending us the invoice was extraordinary convenient and trusting (THANK YOU). Communication was great. I really liked how I could text right off of Google and the response was immediate. Not being plumbers, (obviously) the pipe looks great and our water turns on with no leaks.

It's a family run business. They are honest. I reloaded from Philadelphia where we're have basements and different infrastructure so the infrastructure in Brazzoria County was different. The gentleman came and gave me a honest estimate. I knew I could trust him and he completed the work in a timely manner.
