In December I decided to start the year with a new look at my home again. I wanted to remodel the master bathroom. Two months ago, I had water damage in my kitchen due to a broken dishwasher. I called my insurance, and they recommended Avancor. From the start, Sergio and Elias were incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail. Sergio, as the project manager, took care of everything—handling the entire claim and overseeing the mitigation process. He made sure every step was taken care of with the insurance and kept me updated.

Both Sergio and Elias were really caring about the process and ensured everything went smoothly. Thanks to them, I was also able to make some great upgrades to my kitchen, and it looks amazing now.

I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend Avancor.

Wow... I purchased a new home a month ago from Lennar, now the roof is leaking water to the floor, I called and waited for 5 days, no one fixing it....

The salesman was awesome

I purchased my home from Lennar about five months ago, and I couldn’t be happier. The entire process was seamless, from the moment I found my dream home to closing. The Lennar team was professional, supportive, and always helpful. I encountered a couple of minor issues after moving in, including incorrectly connected HVAC wires and a dripping showerhead, but both were quickly resolved through Lennar’s warranty services. My neighborhood is full of friendly people, and I’m excited to see how the community develops once all phases of construction are complete. I highly recommend Lennar to anyone considering a move to the Villages of Hurricane Creek.

Fun activities once a month for kids. Check it out.
