Awesome service , had called a few companies and felt like I was being haggled for more than what was needed . Called Ricky at Unbrella plumbing and was out quickly and found all my issues and gave me a very reasonable price and done in a timely fashion and left no mess as if he was never there . All the repairs fixed my issues for my home . Very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend !

Ricky responded quickly after 2 other plumbers failed to respond after 2 days. He communicated clearly, gave an accurate estimate range, arrived promptly, checked the problem and gave a final cost as the low end of the estimate. He completed the repair promptly, leaving the space clean. He is now my go to plumber!

I invited Umbrella to my home to discuss replacing my traditional water heaters with tankless heaters. Ricky was honest with me about the cost and whether my expectations for savings on energy were correct or not. He could have sold me services without addressing my expectations but was honest and open about what I would actually achieve with a change. Umbrella will now be my go to plumbing company for all future needs.

I called Rick and explained my problem. He did advise I could fix it myself, but if I twisted the pipe like my neighbor did, I would be in a mess. He said if he twisted the pipe, he had a tool to extract it. I opted to let him fix it. Bim,Bam ,Boom fixed no problem and even added an extra a small adapter to make sure it seated good. So if you have a faucet to freeze, don't make the mistake my neighbor did and have to remove 8 bricks to fix. Call Rick. He will definitely be my go to plumber. Shows up when he says he will be there.
