Michael was at our house early the next morning after contacting the company the evening before. He was so polite and immediately put us at ease with having a stranger in our home- let alone one who would be cutting into the wall to replace the water line valve behind our fridge. He informed me of each step along the way and it went exactly as he said. We were even able to continue with our morning plans that I originally assumed we would have to cancel since we had this appointment, but he worked in a timely manner that it was a pleasant surprise. He was so friendly and joyful too, something that is appreciated when you are taking care of an unplanned expense/issue. I am so grateful I was recommended this company and that Michael was our technician because I now know I have someone I can contact and trust with any other issues we might have in our home. I highly recommend! Very competitive prices compared to the other quotes we got.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Plumbing Paramedics. Scheduling was easy, Michael arrived on time and communicate communicated when he was on his way. He listened to everything I had to say about a water issue I’ve been experiencing for over a year, and had previously been dismissed by other plumbing companies. Within in 15 minutes, he was able to diagnose and provide different solutions. While he was here, he actually spotted a leak that I was unaware of, and attempted to fix it while he was on site. I ended up needing my 20 year old hot water heater replaced. Michael and Derek were able to get us immediately scheduled for the next day, and had both issues resolved quickly. I felt the price was extremely fair, they left behind no mess, great communication and professionalism. I will recommend Plumbing Paramedics to everyone I know!
