Brendon Goodwin did a great job for us. He worked diligently to make sure all our issues were addressed. He was very pleasant, respectful and easy to work with. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Our new system had problems and we had to have someone come out. Jack, the oncall tech, drove over an hour, on a Sunday (mid Cowboy game) and got us running again. Turned out to be a communication issue so we were up and running in no time. Thankfully all covered under warranty. Thanks Jack, much appreciated!!

If I could give more than five stars I would. Kevin Powell was my technician and he walked me through everything my unit would need with kindness and patience. Christmas Air has been my go-to for all things air conditioning and I trust them. Their customer service is excellent.

Jack did a great job even on his 2nd visit in one day. Service performed 10 days ago did not correct issue. Jack found it. Excellent service & customer engagement. Please place/schedule Jack on my scheduled visits for my 6 month services.

We have used Christmas Air at two different homes over the last few years. We have been met with professional with each service.

Simon was our technician today and displayed the same professionalism we have come to expect from this company. He arrived within the estimated time and clearly explained what work was in scope and what he would be doing in each location (attic, thermostats, outdoor units).

At the end, Simon mentioned that he documented all his readings and work completed which would be sent to my email for my records.

Seriously amazing customer service. Meagan answered the phone and went above and beyond to get a plumber to my house to finish up some work on the same day. And Syres, the plumber had to go to Home Depot to get some supplies and offered to pick up the one item from my order that had arrived late. I cannot recommend Christmas Air and Plumbing enough. Well done!

Phil was awesome! Cleaned unit and saw a capacitor needing service. He was able to replace it the same day ahead of the cold winter temps. I highly recommend!

Our technician, Jack Murphy arrived on time. Jack is a very knowledgeable and keeps you aware of the equipment he's diagnosing. This was a system maintenance visit and he was able to identify and resolve a problem before it became a real issue and advised us on how to prevent it from reoccurring. Had new AC installed by Christmas Air - very happy with my new variable speed inverter system. Jack followed up to QC install and made sure everything was perfect. Great experience from initial consult/proposal to install to follow-up. Definitely recommend Christmas Air!

We had Christmas Air come to our office to assist in finding a dead rodent in our ac vents. Jack came to the office and was very professional, friendly and efficient in trying to find the cause of the odor. The fee for the service was extremely reasonable.
