I cannot say enough great things about Chandler and GOAT Air! My AC went out in the middle of summer and Chandler arrived the next day to fix it! He was extremely informative, respectful and super easy to talk to! He truly and genuinely cares about taking care of the customer. Finding an HVAC company like Goat is a breath of fresh air! (No pun intended). I would give them 10,000 stars if I could! I cannot express enough how wonderful he and his company are! I am a customer for life! Support local! They truly

Very professional. Very friendly. Took care of my primary concern first. I signed up for maintenance and they did a thorough job. They take before and after pictures of all of their work. I’m glad to finally have a A/C company I can trust in Lantana.

Our heater went out during the freeze we called goat they came out the next day and got us fixed up and back to having a warm house. The service was fast friendly and affordable Highly recommend recommended

Chandler was definitely awesome to work with. He took the time to see if our unit was still under warranty by calling the manufacture first, instead of pressuring us to buy a new unit right off the bat. Overall service was great, from customer service through Yelp, to the gentleman that installed our unit. Definitely keeping their info for the future.

Would strongly recommend GOAT Air. Upstairs AC stopped cooling. Trey Hennig arrived same day and diagnosed. He quickly found the problem, acquired the parts and had the system up and running next day. As a bonus, the part was under warranty so no charge for parts. Install fee was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier.

Chandler and the entire team were awesome! They resolved the issue within a day by replacing the compressor. Everyone was very professional and patient in answering all my questions. I was so impressed with their service that I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!

Chandler and Andre were a huge help with my AC unit when it went out. They called me back after hours and were able to come out super quick. Andre took the time to walk thru all my options instead of just recommending ripping and replacing my current unit. Highly recommend and would use them again!

We recently had an issue during the evening hours with our A/C and I called Goat Air. Chandler responded and he was awesome. Our problem was ultimately fixed after determining the need to replace a faulty thermostat and some wiring. During the process I had the opportunity to work and interact with Chandler, Malichi, and Daniel and all 3 of them were so friendly, caring, and easy to work with. The quick response I received from Goat Air and the service I received made me feel like they really cared about me as a customer and I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them for your future AC needs!

You guys were super professional and transparent throughout the process. I got a mini split to my office which get extremely hot in the summer and now it’s cool like a cucumber.

I came home from the office with my AC not working on a 104° day! It was miserably hot and I dreaded how long I would be out of commission. My neighbor had used Goat Air recently and had a good experience and recommended them so I called. The receptionist understood the urgency and made a way to send a technician out next morning. Chandler showed up about 10:45 and had me up and running within 25-30 minutes. Excellent annd thorough service and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended! I will be saving his contact information and be passing along to anyone who needs a good AC service person!

We have used GOAT Air in the past at our home, now they recently did some work at our business (The Back Nine Golf Denton) and as expected they exceeded expectations. Crew was prompt and completed the repairs and now the place is super comfortable and ready for our clients.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Goat Air. When my AC unit decided to quit on the hottest day of the year, I was worried I'd be stuck waiting for days and paying a fortune for an after-hours call.
Thankfully, I was wrong! They were incredibly responsive and had a technician at my house in what felt like no time at all, even though it was late in the evening. The technician was friendly, professional, and clearly an expert. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a transparent, fair price. There were no hidden fees or upcharges for the after-hours service, which was a huge relief.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Andre, the AC technician from GOAT Air. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had everything up and running in no time. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything—he took the time to walk me through what was going on and what needed to be done, with total transparency.

Andre went above and beyond not just in fixing the problem, but in making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. The pricing was more than fair, especially for the high level of professionalism and care.

It's been awhile since I have cleaned my AC unit and the outside fan was struggling to kick on. Im a disabled Veteran with bad knees and back. So I knew I didn't want to take on this project. I stumbled onto a Goat Air add and they offered a free capacitor with service. My capacitor just went out so I gave them a call. They sent Tray to my house as soon as they could. Let me tell you, honesty and the fact that he was a fellow servicemen got me hook line and sinker. He did a great job. Showing me everything he did, including fighting some angry wasp. This company just earned another very happy customer.

Goat Air was fantastic! My tech was Trey. He was super professional, no pushy and did a wonderful job. I highly reccomend them. I also love that they are local to Argyle and Family owned!
