This service was a referral from a trusted friend. I had a kitchen sink disaster that was what we both later realized was not a "Honey Do" but a "Honey Never again"! Matthew came to the rescue and was very prompt, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will use them again if needed and DEFINATLEY would refer them to anyone needing a good plumber.

Matthew and Pete were very nice and professional. They put booties on their shoes before entering the house. Best part is they resolved my issue in one visit!

They were great. Came the same day I called, explained everything before doing it, and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Travis at CR Plumbing provided possibly the best service I have ever received. What I thought would be a $300 - $800 job was nothing charged because he added air to an expansion tank and wants me to see if that made a difference to the PSI on my plumbing system. When most charge $80 just to step onto your property CR Plumbing shows it cares for its neighbors and their budgets. Thanks Travis for your help and also teaching me more about my home plumbing.

Christian was excellent. Arrived on time, very professional, friendly, and efficient. He took the time to explain what was going on and ideas to prevent future drainage issues. Highly recommend CR plumbing. Christian was top notch!

Had issues with heat pump system (heat mode). Called in the late afternoon and had a technician (Ian Conrad) dispatched here early next morning. Ian was professional, courteous, competent, and thorough. He did an outstanding job of troubleshooting and identifying the problem. I would definitely use CR Plumbing services again!!

The CR Plumbing team helped install new free-standing tub hardware. It wasn't an easy job, but they were persistent and even came back quickly just two days after the initial install to address a small issue.

Showed up when they said they would. Replaced the water heater and fixed a few minor issues to make sure going forward everything worked as required. They even spent extra time showing us how to make sure we could address any future emergencies should they arise with the water heater(s). Great customer service

Willie Ramirez was great! We had been told by another plumber that we had a slab leak and repairs would cost around $5000. I called CR Plumbing, Air, and Electric, and within an hour, Willie was here and said no slab leaks, toilet just needed to be reset and resealed! He showed us exactly what the issue was and why he was sure of no major repairs needed. For way less money, we had him do the repair on the spot. And we are so happy with them that we will have them back out next week to do another job for us. Thank you Willie, Clayton and CR Plumbing for being so prompt, fair and professional. Will recommend CR Plumbing, Air and Electric to everyone we know!

Totally awesome Service. At first I thought it was kind of expensive but then my house is 60 years old and it was about time. Something was done. They came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I worked with a service guy named Nathan and he was fantastic. He even called later to check. Make sure everything was OK. I will definitely use them again if I need a plumber or service.

As before, I called CR Plumbing for a new toilet and within a day they scheduled and installed a new one with no problems at a reasonable price. I have come to the conclusion I will always call them for my plumbing needs.

Willy was great. Besides replacing my washer water valves he detected a poor solder joint which he replaced using compression technology. It fixed the problem and stopped all leaks. Thanks Willie
